I had a bad day today, my anxiety is getting worse and I feel like it has taken over my life. It is 12 in the morning and I am currently feeling at peace listening to this while studying. Let's all hope for a better day for each of us tomorrow.

Being depressed for so long, I finally started to change for the better. I’m 25 now. My birthday was a few days ago on the 21st, I felt great being with family and trying to open up more for once in my life. A day later I find my grandpa dead in his tv room. I had to carry him and try to give him cpr. It didnt work. Seeing the coroner come and take him away from his home shattered my heart even more. Every time I try to get up, something happens. I feel so fucking lost again. This music is helping me a lot right now, keeping me from maybe doing something stupid. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Life really fucking sucks. 💔

I miss my mom, I miss being a kid without all these mental problems. I miss looking forward to each day versus fighting to make it through. I miss everyone being happier in general. I miss being at peace with myself and being able to daydream about the future. There’s so much darkness right now but I know things will get better.

Well. My gf dumped me a few months back but hit me up a few days ago just to talk shit for some reason. My parents have been fighting so much that I'm basically the only person in my family that gives a shit about me father. My mom's divorcing him. I'm about to graduate high school and when I'm done me and my dad are gonna get our own place somewhere, so thats gonna be something to deal with. We only just moved here about 7-8 months ago or right before corona shut everything down so I don't even have any friends here to try and talk to. The friends I do have are 1600 miles away and don't answer their phone much anymore. I only have my younger sisters to talk to anymore, they're great but most the time I still feel extremely sad or angry. I dont even do any of the hobbies I used to love. I started getting into lofi stuff a couple weeks ago and it helps as much as it hurts. It's weird to say but it cheers me up all while giving off those depresso espresso vibes. I'm not sure why I decided to write this. I thought this was one of those RU-vid checkpoint things and felt obligated to do so. I hope you all have a good day. Does anyone else think about the past quite a bit when your alone, realize technology has developed compared to let's say 2006 and that you just want to be in those baby stages of life learning again but you can't because your grown now and have obligations.
