A little relaxing make up brush cleaning session for ASMR tingles, calm and sleep. I used a clarifying shampoo with lemon to cut through the oils but most shampoos will do!

Thank you for sharing the provenance of the wooden holder. Nana sounds like a dear, dear woman and I'm glad you have those remembrances of her. I have several pieces from my father's mother, who I called Nana. :-) One of pieces is a two-tiered wooden box that contained all the supplies necessary to do allergy testing. I keep my makeup in it.

As a make-up artist I never found cleaning my brushes to be relaxing, just a chore that i have to do but my goodness i've never felt so at ease with the world listening and watching you clean your brushes!

This made me think about my own makeup brushes and how i needed to clean them and about halfway through the video i paused and cleaned them and now they are laying out to dry XD thank you for helping to relax me and also give me motivation to clean my makeup brushes :)

I was like "what in the world is a kitchen roll?". I was expecting a bread roller or something. Here in the USA we call them paper towels or napkins (at least in the south) haha. Amazing video as always♡♡♡ I'm surprised I stayed awake during the whole thing.

This week has not been my week, it's been really depressing and has had me wrung out. I found out on Monday that a friend of mine passed away from cancer at only 14 years old (I've known her for many many years, since like 2006) and went to her viewing tonight. This video was perfectly posted and definitely a huge help to getting to a better head space. Thank you from across the pond for your soothing demeanor and calming effect Emma ❤️❤️

I'm on the third watching of this so one more comment :-) As a lover of language, I enjoy hearing the differences between British English and American English. For example, the pronunciation of basil and herbs, and the phrase kitchen roll v paper towels. Thank you again for your work, Ms. Emma!

What an amazing ASMR video. Wow, I’ve seen so many but this one is an absolute masterpiece. The slow and gentle hand movements, cleaning the brushes, treating them and the paper towel with soft care. The gentle tap on the ceramic bowl. And of course your wonderful, soft whisper voice. Just perfect ❤️
