Relaxing Christian PanFlute instrumentals "TRUTH" 

PTSD is nasty. I found it really helps to forgive, or renounce our right to judge and commit it to the Lord's judgement, it takes the sting out of the pain. M

By the way, do you think saying MY PTSD connects you to it somehow? I have just decided it is not Mine, l have NO connection with it!

@@kaiyunhua6891 as a soldier it's repeatedly put upon you conditioned and eventually when it's comes to the surface it's complex PTSD ..same goes for someone repeatedly when something triggers me my body goes violently shaking.. but the mind is still thinking n talking seemingly effortless and I've don't know what triggered it but I couldn't stop the body reacting to the brain ..it's amazing really in thinking about the brain and God's perfect creation and even in nature u can see the similarities and how everything works for reasons that through science we today can understand 🙏🙏

I tried to learn the panflute myself, but I could never get a good sound out of it. I bought one when I was in San Antonio, TX in 2010. A man was selling them and playing them at River Walk. Unfortunately, I misplaced it and don't know where it is now. I may see about ordering one and trying to learn it and get good at it.
