To anyone who reads this and understands it. Only WE know how much this game meant to us. The songs, the sounds, the fun and the tears. No matter what direction the game went, nothing will ever surpass KH 1 and 2 in my life. I'm typing this as I'm listening to this for the 100th time as a 34 year old who grew up with these songs on old Mp3 players just to get that piece of peace and harmony that came from hearing these themes. Those two games, and all they entailed, got me through some dark times during my youth and i'll forever love them. THAT, only some people will get, but if you understand, then I love you. Rant over.

Most of the KH soundtrack makes me very emotional. For some reason, certain compositions remind me of how much pain I've suffered throughout my short life and how I've overcome it. Bless the composers for such beautiful pieces of art

THE FACT THAT TODAY IS THE DAY SORA MADE IT INTO SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE, a feat no one of us thought was possible due to the Disney copyright infringements. I almost teared up seeing him appear once more to bring light to many new and old friends. I smiled even more when I saw Roxas's Mural in the stage background. Cheers to us and I hope everyone gets some good sea-salt ice-cream soon :)

The main issue is kindom hearts is owned by Disney, but the original characters and soundtracks are. Not owned by Disney, soo essentially sora by itself is okay, but throw any Disney related items and it’s a different story 😅

I truly love kingdom hearts, I remeber playing it on My ps2 when I was young (haredly playing it, watching my big brother play it). How I use to just sit there amazed at all the characters and what they were able to do, and watching as the sun set on the home screen, while the characters we sucking on their blue popsicle sticks.

Aww I used to remember those days too. My brother playing KH, even until now he wants me to play Birth By Sleep, but I said I want to know the whole thing, how it started. I only saw different scenes of my brother playing it, so I don't get the story. But from what I loved seeing while my brother was playing, was the friendship of those characters, they all inspired me. Every scene that I saw was unforgettable, but I hope I can play it from the beginning...

These characters are real to me. I’m 18 now and excited for the future of the series. These characters will always be a part of me. After all, we share the same sky. One sky; one destiny.

I'm almost 20 now. kingdom hearts has shaped me to the person i am today, and im thankful for that. but i often wish that things could go back to the way they were. no problems, no stress. life is changing and i find it really hard to let go of my childhood and move onto adulthold. im extremely thankful for the memories this franchise has given me and im happy to be apart of this community

All the countless hours in KH Final Mix trying to decipher the Japanese Kanji when it wasn't released in the West yet... All the hours trying to beat the mushrooms... I became interested in this series around 2018 with chain of memories, a friend of mine borrowed me his GBA and he had this game of a edgy-looking boy holding a card with the image of goofy and donald duck, after that i tried downloading a emulator for PS2 which never worked, my parents don't allow me to buy a console so i have only been able to play the ones that are in portable consoles throw emulator (358/2, Re:Coded, BBS) but i haven't lose even a bit of hope and i love this franchise

This hurts my heart in more ways than one, I love kingdom hearts ever since my brother introduced me to it when I was 7. The music of these masterpieces of games will always be special to me, even after life only gets harder as you get older. After all these years, something truly special to you, no matter what it is? It won’t fade away. You don’t forget it, or the good times it made. So enjoy life while you can, because even if it only gets harder, there will always be shining moments when the darkness of the world just.. doesn’t seem as prominent as it is. “Got it memorized?”

From what I can see, there is truly amazing people here, however, when you observe the world we are in, things ain't that good, there is a lot of greed, a lot of betrayal, everytime you try to construct real trust, you question if you're doing the right decision or not. With all of that I just want to say, that I'm happy to see this community expressing themselves, you together with some others, are the small rays of light in other people's lifes. I went through a very hard life, but I will never change who I am, please if you're one of these nice persons, never change 🙂

Can’t wait to play this game I remember my uncle playing it I think it was kingdom hearts 1 I was around the age of 5-7 and I remember a scene where the characters were never going to see eachother and part ways I had tears in my eyes it was such a beautiful game.

Getting home from school , nobody was my friend ,eveyone was toxic. I remember, i will always remember, the time i come home eating ect..And then launch the PCSX2 on my poor laptop and meeting my friends again Donald , Dingo and others. I felt I have friends on Virtual World more than Reality.😄
