You're probably scrolling through the comments, like I am, reading all these motivational comments. If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get some exercise, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well! I don't usually comment on white noise videos but this one warrants a comment. This is the best white noise video I have ever used for studying. I have gone through my fair share of lofi music, classical music, tv-static-like white noise, rain sounds, waterfall sounds, and binaural beats, but this video is the only one that I have been able to tune out while it keeps me tuned in, if that makes sense. I forgot it was playing until I saw the RU-vid tab open. I have bipolar, depression, and autism, all of which make my focus non-existent and make me feel super overwhelmed when I try to work. This video eased all of that. Thank you so much for posting

thank u so much for all u have done to create these songs and piano music it really help us realax and stay calm and leave us be and sometimes when I'm sleeping my cat eric comes and says goodnight and guess what he hears the music and he rolls over and I touch his tummy and then when I pause the music he stands up and cries and begs for the music so I PLAY IT and he starts rolling over again and he loves playing with me so I cuddle him and kiss him until he falls asleep

Don't resort to drugs, they make everything worse. You are special. If you feel like you have a dark cloud over your head right now, don't worry. It will pass over you. This music is by far the only thing that has kept the stress and the felling like the world is crashing in off of me. I have stories that I am writing, eight of them, and I almost deleted two of them after months of working on them. I have had a very stressful year and I suffer from anxiety and depression. I use to love meditating and doing yoga every day but I kind of lost my healthy habits. The sounds of this makes me pleased to have it near my ears. Telling me good secrets about me and my family and how safe we truly are as a whole family and we love to find things incredible and amazing and love to see the good things around here and how the life of things go good. The way things are when the times are better than others. This music tells me I am safe and I should care more about others. This is showing me the way things can go right even though times are hard to forget. Like the time you got bad things and bullied maybe. The bad voices are going away every time you listen to a second of this awesome music. The times you forget to do something important are instantly remembered as a forgiving statement of life and times that are actually good for you.
