I commented 2 months ago "thank you I needed this" , it's been 2 months and since then I've cleaned up a bad drug habit, stopped my eating disorder i had for 6 years, reunited with old friends , finished my project car, and got my act together with school. I don't know you but I just saw this comment and I want you to now trouble don't last always. Yes we have people depending on us but its okay to focus on you from time to time. Some days I have to go minute by minute, not day by day. Life will always bring you a hint of joy, something that makes you laugh. Please know that all will be well. Try to walk outside and out your feet in the grass. Breathe for just a little bit and give yourself grace to simply be. I am praying for you. That's coming from a woman who didn't believe in God and gave up on life several times. It's always worth hanging in there. (Screaming and crying is healthy) 😃In a pillow. A therapist is also the best decision I ever made. It's going to be okay.

I had a really hard day as well I didn't get any help from my coworkers I'm not talk to my shift manager and see what I can work out they literally have me do the stocking to walk in freezer all by myself no help it's crowded in there it's hard to maneuver and I got no help I never get any help this music helps❤

My go to black out bath video. (Black out bath being a bath taken in the dark) I add a lot of bath salts so I float more and it helps with my after work pains. Add some Tylenol and an empty house and it’s just the de- stimulation I need after a loud day with too many lights

I live with my mother and she’s allowing a friend to stay with her. Her friend claims her ex husband has been ruining her life and is involved with the “CIA” and she can’t tell anyone because she knows people will think she’s crazy. My mother BELIEVES HER.
