Love the Raven, currently working on a quilt for my sister with panels of raven, I didn't want it to look like Halloween and choosing the colors you did, love the blue, as I did it's turning out great. Your table mat is so neat and the video was well done.....
Constructive criticism: There is no explanation of size of seams. There is no explanation of what a table mat is. There is no explanation of how wide the borders are. There is no explanation of what kind of batting you used so you don't have to sew on the center panel. I am assuming you did stitch in the ditch. If you don't want to talk during the video (which I find much more relaxing than just watching a silent video), you might want to consider adding typed descriptives throughout the video, such as "seams are 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch/1.3cm" at the bottom or top of screen. The piece is pretty, but I don't know what you are using it for so I could make my own theme substitutions. And you don't explain how you treat the corners. I think I would have skipped the binding effect and just sewed around the outside edges and turned the piece right side out, then sewed in the ditch of the borders or even 1/4 inch either side of each seam. Thank you for sharing.
