“This would be a really bad time for a hold to break off,” as the camera pans to a stick clip on the ground 😂. Bold and burly climbing, my dude. Way to send it 🤙

It’s been a few years but I think the stick clip was too short 😅

@@Nev4 maaaaan I can relate to that. Had a shorty back in the day and it wouldn’t reach the first bolt on half the climbs at the New. I carry a larger jawn these days

Loving this video. I'm showing this to my students this semester in a class I'm teaching on the history of climbing in the Red. Your video gives lots of great opportunities for me to explain climbing terminology as well as seeing the beauty of the Red River Gorge. If you're ever interested, I also talk a lot about the importance and history of Roadside Crag in my book. Subscribed, thanks for sharing this.

Nice onsight. Just FYI it’s bolted with my intent QuickDraw will stay in while climbing to minimize wear on fixed hardware.

That makes total sense, if I was to project it, or if I thought I was going to whip on it, I would have indeed left it on. Myself and many other climbers really appreciate your Perma-Draws, Thank you! (I will leave it on next time regardless :)

so many holds ! Would you say this is hard or soft for the grade ? I've been trying to get a 12 for a while now but not heard of this one before. How would you say it compares to...Twinkie or Hypocrite ? Nice send and stoke, Keep on rockin' !!!

I'd say it's about right on. It would be soft for someone with fantastic endurance, but stiff for a boulder'r lol. There's not really any hard moves. Just a game of endurance and attrition.
