I have a question concerning this. I am conducting a SLR, and most of the studies in am including are cross-sectional so I am using JBI to critically appraise them. One of the components of JBI Is to know whether the study was reliable and valid. The some studies mentioned reliability and validity in data collection, some studies mentioned a previous pilot study done before conducting the research and some studies mentioned pre-tested questionnaire (do I take as reliable and valid?). Also some studies had good data collection but mention recall bias (such studies wouldn’t be reliable or valid right).
