You can do it 2-3x a day or as needed. The more you practice it, the more your body responds to the reflexology. Make sure to warm up your feet and body first by massaging and connecting to your breath.

Reflexology works naturally with your own body's rhythms so it can't necessarily start your period if it's not meant to but if it is close, there is no harm in trying!
