Omg, thank you so much. I was looking at the cost of acupuncture and physical therapy. With everything so expensive right now, I wasn't sure I could budget it. This worked!

I'm going to try this tonight. I already rub frankincense oil on my stupid neuropathic feet every night, but I can't sleep because my sciatica is a lot worse when I lay down.
Sorry to hear, Hope this helps you! Let me know how it goes. If you need a routine to help relieve your neuropathy, I go over that in my Pain Free Feet course here footgurureflexology.thinkific.com/courses/pain-free-feet
Would this help if I have a impingement of the sciatic nerve at the quadradus femorus muscle? I have this but don't think it's coming from my spine. So painful 😢
Sorry to hear you're in pain! you can still try this reflex daily as well as my hip reflex tutorial to help release the area. Massage the whole foot for a few minutes first and then work the reflexes for 30 seconds to a minute a few times a day.

Very Informative video. Do you massage foot that is on same side of body with sciatica or opposite foot? Thanks again for taking time to produce your very helpful video.
So glad you enjoyed this tutorial. You always want to work the reflex on both feet to balance but body but yes, you can do it more on the side with the sciatica.
This tutorial is to actually target sciatic pain in the low back/hip/leg via the feet! You may also feel relief in your feet as well as you work on them :)

Hello. I’m trying to figure ( as my drs are useless all they did was rule out blood clot) can sciatica cause some red toes then slightly swollen foot ankle calf? I think ( almost sure it’s that yes I know sciatica rarely does this ) but my-other health things are ok?
Hi! Unfortunately I'm not a Dr and can't diagnose but red toes and swollen ankle can be lots of things. It's best to keep following up with them. If you'd like to try some other tutorials to see if it helps I would suggest my Back Pain tutorial as well as grab my Top Tips for Foot Pain as there are some things that might help you there. Hey I have sciatica really bad it's so bad some days I can't even stand up and walk I end up crawling and sometimes rolling. My toes are often red mostly on the leg that I have the sciatic pain. I know it doesn't help For you to know this... Just wanted to let you know that you're not the only one that's experiencing that, is really nerve-wracking to say the least. Hope gets better for you
Would this work or nerve pain in pelvic area too? Is there a spot for vulvadynia nerve pain ??? It is like unbearable somedays ... you would think there is a spot for those who suffer with other pelvic pain reflexology and alternative ways to heal...
THANK YOU! Been 4 days on my left side…Tried a bunch of stretches. Kinda helped. Took the massage gun to that point once. Much better. Second time a couple hours later…95% gone 5 hours later, even after a 2.5 hr drive. Pressure points!
It could be a kidney point in acupuncture - sometimes the points intersect with reflexology and sometimes they're different :) Are you a practitioner as well?

Working on the feet does help to regain alignment and balance of the tissues in the feet which can help correct many foot issues like pain and "fallen" arches. I can't say whether it's supportive for foot drop as depending on the cause there may be special exercises needed to regain movement and control. Have you seen a specialist? There is no harm in trying reflexology though, maybe it will help for you :)

How many times a day and how often do we need to do this? My sciatica and neuropathy are so bad I was getting injections in my back for it that was the only thing that made it stopped so far. But I haven't tried this yet I'm about to in a few minutes.❤
You can try this tutorial for 30 seconds to 1 minute, make sure you breath to help release the pain and inflammation. The more tender the reflex, the more you need release. Repeat this 3 times a day. Hope this helps you! Also try my tutorial for sacroiliac/low back pain too.
Yes, it can be tricky. If you're not able to have someone do it for you, you can try using the eraser end of a pencil to activate the reflex or the reflexes are also found on the hand (thumb=big toe) so this would be at the bottom on the palm of the hand at the base of the thumb joint where it meets the wrist.
Sorry to hear! Yes start by massaging your feet for a few minutes and breathe. Then work the reflex for a minute or two, a couple times a day. Feel better!
please try this a few times a day for 30 seconds to 2 mins - reflexology is not instant for everyone and it can take some time for your body to understand the unique communication with the nervous system. Try for a week at least.
Was searching for something to do for this! It's been 2 long miserable weeks!! Getting better with other exercises suggested, but found this to see what to do for my tingly in my toes. Sounds like this is it!! Thank you.. I have to say, I chuckled when you said "with your favorite NON toxic... who would use TOXIC cream or oils?? 😂.. Yes, yes, there ARE those who would do it..just funny you have to say that.. 😮😊 Blessings ✨️
Great! So glad this tutorial was helpful for you! LOL I know, the "non-toxic" is a holistic term - meaning no other preservatives, additives or chemicals. You do have to seek out natural and toxin-free alternatives at the store or find a handmade one at a farmers market or even use coconut or olive oil. You'd be surprised that most products today have these other toxins added that disrupt our hormones and increase our toxic load. Anything we put on our skin is absorbed into the bloodstream in 20 seconds so it's important to be informed :)
Hi! More in the caption - but both feet (you can do more on the side you experience sciatica), warm up your feet for a few mins and then work the reflex for 30 seconds to 1 min :) Find more tips and tutorials on my Healing List www.footgurureflexology.com/links

In reflexology, this is the foot reflex for the sciatic nerve. It would be beneficial to try this reflex a couple times a day as well as other stretches that relieve the low back/sacrum area if you are experiencing pain :)
