So I am fortunate enough to have been able to see both growing up and have it pointed out to me her other sister my other aunt hates my guts ever since I was born she will be super fake nice to me when I am near her its weird I think she may have been trying to cast spells on me >.> but I cant prove it I just know she is two faced and her kids all but one seem pretty well entitled I guess cause she cast a spell to Mary a rich man and she did. My dads side is all Christian and all hate me also just for the fact that first my mom is not a Mennonite second because I was born with the exact same colour hair as my grandfather that died before my birth strange family indeed but yeah all I can say is maybe that was a witchcraft spell put upon me from birth My aunt may have tried to have me die in the womb for all I know... She was super jealous of my mom creepy part is her kids are named similar names to my siblings Wayne her kid like Dwayne its really strange she has that jealous spirit and thats the Jazebel witchcraft spirit that wants what others have and jealous of everyone else even if they have everything. I do recall that when churches were preaching about hell and evil is upon us in this world I was kind of the mind set well if I expect the end of the world to be every single day of my life I may be able to hold it off and grant time hahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!! cause the bible says the end will come when everyone least expects it when the whole world is like "the end is near the end is near" I am like ok I can take a break LOL cause now more then me expecting it and when the date passes I start going in to that every moment is the end not going to catch me off guard bible hahahahaha I know its a bit of a silly way of thinking but I am 40 and still do that live every day as if it was my last and enjoy the moment, bible says seek death and you will find everlasting life I am not here forever just for a time or times or half a time I could be hit by a car tomorrow or the next day I hope not but yeah I do believe in reincarnation I seen some of that in action kids talking about past lives I may have some past lives I am not remembering but I was pretty wise for a child I dont claim to be perfect but I have walked away from accidents that would shock you you would think I should be dead several times over the Lord is watching out for me. By 16 I was gone, I ran away from God so fast because the burden I placed on myself was too heavy. For 4 years I was very liberal and did whatever I wanted. wow I had a very similar experience and I recently went back thinking it was something I did wrong but this video has seriously opened my eyes and I'm thinking like am I back to try to fix these things or is it not even worth trying because I've already got rebuked for such ridiculous stuff and they told someone to not listen to anything I say but all I was doing was warning this kid about full moon witchcraft and telling him to make sure he's prayed up and recognize what's going on if you start getting attacked and I basically got rebuked for that and then I see this video talking about the things I still am noticing there . it really suck because that church is the place I had my first divine appointment there and felt the power of God so strong it literally felt like electricity flowing through my body for like 30 minutes . So I'm trying to figure out why that would happen to me at this church. it's honestly really confusing for me because all I want to do is serve God and help people but they make you feel like if your not like attending all these things that they have that your never going to grow and like if they tell you your not serving enough and you don't start being there more they do label you rebellious and tell people not to listen to the things you say..it's really confusing and making me feel like I'm being rebellious but dang this video is really opening my eyes... and like they don't even evangelize and hit the streets to try to help people and show them the love and power of God because I want to be able to show people the same way Jesus made himself so real to me in a way I can't deny..it's just so hard to find a church that seems like they operate in the way David diga does

One of the best sermon/podcasts on the religious spirit that I have ever heard. Keep in mind that this Spirit will take more people to hell than a the prostitutes, drug users and alcohols put together. This is a very good and hard topic that needs attention to release God's people from bondage.

Thank you for addressing this very real, yet very hidden topic. I was raised in a cultish church and it’s school (a requirement to attend it). They believed in Jesus and the need of salvation. I never realized that a “Jesus” believing church could be a cult, I thought a cult was only when a person proclaimed themselves as Jesus. This church and it’s school preyed on many of us children, to the point of spying on our parents and forcing us to complete questionnaires of what they did in the privacy of our homes. They were wonderful and welcoming to their favorite students and families, but made life hell for those children who were not “spiritual enough” in their eyes - yet there was no real difference in how the favorite kids were and the “unspiritual” kids. It basically came down to how controlled and submissive the parents were that determined how “spiritual” they decided the children were. This led to incredible confusing about God and self-hatred, since there was no way to become “spiritual” enough in the church leaders’ eyes. And the congregation followed wherever the leaders’ whims led. Many of us children were ostracized by fellow students who where our best friends the day before. When I was finally allowed to leave that church school and attend a public high school, I was loudly renounced in front of the entire middle and high school as being a devil worshiper. At that point, I decided I’d rather take my chances at going to hell than to spend one more moment with “Christians”. That church and it’s school left a legacy of suicide among many of my fellow students. In a range of 5 grades - 2 above my grade, my grade, and 2 grades below mine- the suicide rate is around 20%. 20% of the kids I went to school with, who were my friends, are now dead. Even decades later, suicides are still happening among former students. The most recent was my best friend, who escaped that church/school with me. We were lied to about God and about who we are to God, and who we are to other people. Told we will never be enough. No hope, condemned to hell. It’s incredibly hard to see the truth through those lies. Those lies and manipulations are always there. I’ve been learning a lot about forgiveness and how to truly forgive. For myself, it’s required lamenting - acknowledging the abuses and the pain and wounds, instead of hiding them and faking I’m OK when I’m far from OK, and going public with the abuses and the wounds and pain, rather than keeping them secret. Another aspect of a cult is having to keep secrets or not acknowledging and addressing things when they feel wrong. Having to fake that things are fine. When I started opening up in Facebook about it, I was attacked by a few people who felt the need to protect the church leaders at all costs. I knew this would happen, because the leaders can do no wrong. But I was shocked at the responses from many fellow students who endured the same and even much, much worse abuses. We didn’t know anyone else was enduring abuses, because we were taught it was our own fault and were ashamed. We kept it hidden because we would be even more scorned if we let anyone know about it. Interestingly, many of us didn’t even realize we were being abused by the church leaders - even the favorites didn’t understand until I pointed out that the questionnaires that required us to spy on our parents and report on our home lives, or having to watch as another student was brought before the entire school and publicly condemned, ridiculed, lied about and finally officially excommunicated by the church leaders - which impacted all of us with fear and control in a way I can’t even explain. I still battle with forgiveness of the church leaders - as well as parents and adults who knew what was happening but didn’t protect us kids, because they were living in fear, control and manipulation also. A large portion of us students - now adults - have totally rejected God and have a serious distrust with anyone calling themselves a Christian, as well as churches. It’s very sad, but even with my own struggles with my past, I know forgiveness is necessary. We can’t forget the abuses, but somehow Jesus needs to help us learn to live in the truth and for His love to be stronger than the pain. I don’t know how this happens, but I do know it can happen. Again, thank you for this teaching. This stuff is not harmless.

Pastor David thank you so much for being one of the few leaders to call this spirit out that is killing the church today. For the last 10 years Believers have had to endure unsound doctrine in almost every pulpit across America. In the last 3-4 years a remnant has pulled away from this collective thinking and on their own began the journey back to the Bible as well as God’s true purpose for His bride. My family was one such group. In searching for him, I was able to find your ministry. I was searching for truth and your platform was the exact opposite of what I had been used to in organized, legalistic ministries, which is what I needed. I believe He is pulling on the Believers to straighten up because judgement will come to us first. Thank you for being so bold to deliver an on time message to God’s people.

Please keep me and my wife in prayer. God started working miraculously through us by the laying on of the hands. There was so much oppossition and they just told us to stop praying for people. Etc... Brothers and sisters, I don't believe that having a system/structure is antibiblical. I was part of a church where if the Pastor wanted you to do something he would "order" you to do it (no questions could be asked). I saw others leave and the Pastor would say horrible lies from the pulpit about them and we were told we could not have any contact with them. I have since left this church but the wounds of this experience/abuse have been very hard to deal with at times for me and my family. Every point you mentioned in this teaching describes this ministry exactly. I questioned myself at times but now since I watched this teaching things are more clear to me I made the right choice to leave that ministry. Thank you again and God bless you.

I even had fear of leaving church because I was told my husband and I was disobedient and something could happen to us and we left and we went to another church but I didn't make it all the time due to work and fear of being around people and I was told I wasn't faithful and my house isn't in order but I just had fear of getting close to people I was shy and I needed prayer ...

Yes, I was a former Roman Catholic but I always found myself questioning it. As it does exactly what the bible asks not to. But sadly, When I try to discuss this with my friends, family or other people who follow the same, they think I am gone crazy and just ask me to shut up. If only they could open their eyes.

And yes doing endless rituals and following traditions that's not how you get closer to Jesus?. And what about saints and processions? I just feel it's all wrong. So, I would try to reason this out with them. Some people just don't want to listen. I can't force them to. But all I would ask them was to read the bible and see if it relates to any rituals they do. And yes, Hindus keep blaming Christians for all inquisitions that took place during colonial times in India and they have a very wrong perception about Jesus and what the bible stands for. But they don't like these discussions. So, I feel ultimately the Roman Catholic church is responsible for doing more harm then good. All the charity work they do equals to nothing when they have driven people away from the true living God.

I remember in 21 i was happy going to church but one day one visit pastor visited and i saw his ring glowing that is how i stopped going to church ,as it not enough i called my mentor was there as young pastor to come pray for my house which i was moving on and also was about to go back to village he never come or call,that when i stopped trusting pastors and now i am happy i might not be going physical church but see how God made me come through you channel i thank God for this channel i keep changing daily Thank Holy spirit school for i will keep learning

In my mom's Church the women can't even wear bracelets and they have to look physically tired and unkept to be "holy".. They all look miserable and when they worship is very angry and aggressive. I had to leave in sorrow when I visited.

My fellow believers of God are being bound to useless things. One thing I know is that God will bring revival to my country and to the world. I was brought into Hebrew Roots for a season and then discovered how following these teachings as if they replace what Jesus did is entirely against the Word. There is no Jesus or repentance in it at all, just keeping man's religious holidays. They talk about "Yeshua" but little more than that He is the Son of God and that's it. The focus is on Moses and Old Covenant practices and more. The focus is always keeping old traditions and holidays that are under the Old Covenant, the one that doesn't save us!! It is deceptive and harmful. It creates strife, division, and condemnation! So glad the Lord brought me out of that and now I keep away from all religions. It's about relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior~ and repentance daily and being called out and separate from the world and serving Him as He demonstrated in the Word. We also need the Holy Spirit--who clearly is operating in your ministry! Bless you all!

So happy I came across this channel. I've experienced a lot of legalism in different churches. To the point, I never even wanted to go back. Now I know better and will never let anyone put of yoke of bondage around my neck again ! You're really speaking my heart and bringing confirmation. Praise God !
I needed this so desperately. It's fine to tighten up some of the loose ends in life, but not to make yourself crazy or inflict self-punishment. Neither ignoring holiness or freedom.
I have not even listened but I appreciate that you are tackling this subject. The religious spirit is so prevalent nowadays and it scares many genuine believers out of surrendered God encounters.

I met these neighbors this summer an they seemed so "Holy an biblically sound" an they invited me to their church an I tried it out. I liked it a lot because they focused alot on God an holiness but after a while I realized their was constant judgement mostly to my poor toddler, I feel awful for getting so sturn with her I truly believed my neighbors had the perfect biblical family but then I actually saw their kids weren't so "holy an perfect" when their parents weren't around. I was judged for how I dressed an I felt no grace or mercy an I couldn't understand why this family who goes to church 4 times a week constantly seems so ungrateful, greedy and joyless until I meant their grandma, she was so humble so kind, she hardly knew me yet hugged me an made me feel truly loved an it set a fire in my heart to live in love an joy again an I distance myself from my neighbors an looking for another church. I Thank the Lord for blessing those times I talk to that women she truly is anointed an filled with the Holy Spirit 😭❤️🙏

I agree! We don't have the right to judge other people, and we should not worry of what we eat and drink. But it doesn't mean that we shouldn't take care of our health, drink alcohol, smoke and defile our bodies. God also commanded us to take care of our body for it is the Temple of the Spirit. We shouldn't judge those who drink alcohol and those who eat pork, but we should warn them that it could affect their bodies. Taking care of the temple of the Holy Spirit is not a burden, it's a benefit. When I see my cousin smoking cigarettes, I'm telling him to quit, I'm not judging him but I care for him.
I'm tired or religious churches here and there. I'm tired of the unnecessary burdens that the church leaders and ministers are giving. This teaching really broke my mindset of religiosity. Thank you pastor

WAUWW!!! Im so releaved because ive been walking around for so long with these thoughts. I even stop attending one church because of the cult like ruling. It was so heavy on me, i thought i was crazy and needed some alone time with God to find myself. I felt disfunctional and different from others. Thank you for giving us some signs, and i belive all believers and churches should annualy analyze themself, because it is in human nature to act in fear and put therefor extra rules and regulation that are not needed. It is not bad to fall in this trap, even i do at times in my personal life. But let us always try to go back on the narrow road when we wander from it.
Yo david this is crazy because one of my brothers in Christ recently told me that the church/group I was in was a cult. So I asked the Lord for answers because I wanted to know what to do, I didn't want division but I didn't want to be deceived either. Now you released this video and I think God just answered me! THANK YOU! ALL GLORY AND PRAISE TO JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND SAVIOR!!
