My wife, my 6yo, and myself are considering relocating to Columbus soon. We’re currently in Baton Rouge, and the crime and grime is getting to be too much for us. Columbus ticks all of our boxes, and your video content has been phenomenally informative. Thanks for your hard work!
Just make sure you don’t move to Actual Columbus. Move to a suburb that has better schools. I’m currently building in commercial point with maronda homes (just south of 270)
Where would I go first that could actually help me. Ill get a storage space then live at a shelter if I have too. I just want a girlfriend with an apartment thats all I want.
Gahana! Easton mall and airport close, good school, low crime and no to expensive like others good community. If You don't care about the cost of living them check: Powell.
I live in upper Arlington it’s beautiful and the school it’s the best of this area. The houses are big an also the prices rent are fine. We came from Miami an it’s a amazing change
Stay away from Columbus city schools because in the winter they cancel when it's close to 0degrees but other people have to go to work no matter the temperature&or the real feel temperature outside. I can handle when it's that cold outside because I'm in shorts bare legged all winter long&I even wear shorts when theres 1/2 foot of snow or more because I'm comfortable wearing shorts when its cold&snowing outside but Columbus public schools close when it's too hot or it's too cold outside for the kids to go to school.
@@LivinginColumbusOhio614 i’m going to subscribe. This job would be a promotion and it would be closer to my family in NC. I currently reside in Dallas Tx. Wish me 🍀!
Columbus has the most impatient drivers. They have been voted third most impatient drivers in America. And an impatient driver is a dangerous driver. “Tail Gate city”. Everywhere you drive you will be tail gated. Get ready to disregard the speed limit or you will be passed in the most dangerous situations. Generally, speed over curtsy. In an accident, you cant tell the Judge - “Everybody else does it.”
Columbus land use practices are trash. 4k and some change per square/mi. you have to have a car to live there. SF CA is almost the same size with nearly 20k per sq/mi! CoOH needs better transit oriented development (more affordable mixed use, zoning changes to eliminate parking minimums esp. for developers, also ADU laws are trash) Columbus is cheap at the moment for a lot of people but it needs to develop better due to climate migration.
