One big tip aside from just memorizing and knowing what items (even the niche ones) do and who builds them, is that antiheal is king. Almost every team comp in every game will have some form of healing so you can be pretty safe in building an antiheal item almost every game. You don’t have to sit there and read everyone’s build in a match, that wastes time, but if you die, you’re running back to lane, or just have general downtime it helps to take a peak every now and then. I just had a game against a full team of ADCs so I specifically ignored magical prots and went full physical. I was playing wukong solo and built into blink and cursed ankh relics, my starting item was tainted steel, something I never use but it faired better against a bunch of auto damage than a bluestone would. I went Glad Shield (hybrid damage) Sovereignty (physical prots for me and my team to reduce the shred from the ADCs) Midgardian Mail (slowing attack speed when fighting an enemy) Spectral (Counter to Crit) Soul Eater (Lifesteal) and Manticore spikes after selling tainted for a bit of that extra cc and damage. We rolled them but the comp was surprisingly deadly even in the early game, it was a tough one.

This is actually a nice build although not too much pen but its pretty good. You could replace regrowth with something else like more pen though tbh but idk it could be really nice using it.

I've seen too many ppl go for premade builds, and it's a bad idea. When it comes to adcs, most situations the build doesn't change too much but for others it changes based on the enemy composition

addendum: Better to build anti-heal too early than too late though

@@zoomyracecar7849 It mostly depends on matchup - the best way to learn is to simply gain experience by playing and paying attention, and collaborate with players who are on your skill level or higher and break down some stuff from the match. Healing most of the time scales off of power (there are a few exceptions, such as Hercules' secondary heal proccing off how much damage he takes in the four seconds after his initial casting, Baron Samedi's percentage max hp heal, Sol's percentage of missing health, guan's flat base healing, and so on), and lifesteal is something that grows stronger the more items you build with it and the more power you have. You want to make sure you have your power curve already starting that fits with your kit before building it. Once you're starting to have a harder time killing enemies because of, say, Aphro healing, or notice that Anubis is healing half of his health bar from using a single ability on the wave, that's when it's time to build antiheal. Of course, there is the rare occasion where you want to build antiheal early - if, for instance, both gods in the duel lane have a lot of sustain in their kit (such as Guan/Aphro support and Cupid carry or something), it might be worth going an early antiheal item as either the support, jungle, or adc to reduce their sustain in lane and their diving potential.

You want to attack cancel on pretty much everyone. Getting in auto attacks puts out more damage quicker

I wish this was true. I still see level 120s running around conquest with their full attack speed meditation kukulkans or the classic ability based bakasura

The price and utility usually can identify that, I’ve noticed something like doom orb or death bringer are better as late game items (not always of course, but mostly) due to their higher price points and stats. But it also depends on the god + situation tbh!

I see a lot of premade builds pick up Chrono's Pendant, but I've heard people suggest Spear of Desolation instead. Also should I get Lifesteal items for her too? I see people pick up Lifesteal boots instead of Cooldown.

Yeah Deso early Soul gem is nice after that I would not be rushing cooldown as in getting cd boots and chronos building deso and soul gem fit in very well Cheaper and it gives good cdr

@@BoxMachina i dont build a starter until late on 90% of my games sundering axe is more damage and makes you tankier Could look for tainted if they have healing Or even sentinels makes you and the adc very tanky in fights I pick up lifesteal boots most games as well

Literally just whenever you have completed the rest of your build, and have enough gold to buy the 1500 gold speed potion as well as another item to replace your boots

Probably after you have completed a full build because you need the 1500 power pot to keep your speed up

It's more based around your gold - if you have already purchased a speed potion (1500) and can afford another item you want after selling boots, that's the time to sell it. There are plenty of circumstances in the late game where you're either out for an extended period of time, or you gain a lot of gold at once (such as obtaining Fire Giant, and in the process you wiped out half their team and got both a Tier 2 tower and a Phoenix), and so you'll occasionally find yourself able to buy the 1500 speed potion _and_ sell your boots for that 7th item.

@@InvalidationX145 i can’t remember exactly how the bug works but there is a bug that happens if you buy the speed pot before you sell your boots. I know that if you buy your speed pot while still having boots you end up with 1 less movement speed which is weird so you want to sell boots before buying the speed pot which all just boils down to sell boots when you have 500gold more than the cost of whatever item you are trying to replace boots with. (If your item costs 3000 then you need 3500 to sell boots and buy the item and speed pot)

Just do sell boots when you literally finished everything else in your build, basically you will end up with 5k gold for example, so, you sell boots and build a better item

Imo they're not that bad all i do is use a premade and change it a tiny bit depending on what comp im facing

@@matthewrosado1936 absolutely, I use them more as a framework that I can slot items in and out of depending on who I'm playing/if my team is behind or ahead/stuff like that

He actually isn’t as straight forward as people think if you want to be useful with him. That’s why soo many people are trash with him

I mean crit isn’t horrible with her but its not really great since crit is unreliable The power spike with something like stone cutting hydra arondight is gonna feel better Has more cd And stone cutting gives prots that are really nice in early fights

Nems only real damaging ability is her 2, so all of your damage comes from your auto attacks

Shes both. You can go into either or or combine both Yes her autos do damage but using autoattack cancels with something like hydras or spamming abilities is super good Building her ability based IS not bad This exact thor build he made would be actually good with her

But you don’t truly need it because your job is to kill mages who dont have that many prots to begin with
