Hello, great tutorial! Just got a few question pls: 1st question) when I open my seplugins folder, it is empty. There are no files. I do not even have the VSH.txt. what to do? 2nd question) can you do another video explaining how you can change the start button(the button that does not work) with the select button please. That would make the process much easier for me.

Didnt work. I need to remap the "start" button cause it is constantly activated. That means I cant use the macrofire plugin cause as soon as I open it closes it, cause it is closed with the "start" button. I hope you can help me

do you think it is possible to hold sound button (next to display button) and use right and left triggers to change volume?

Download MacroFire plugin here :www.mediafire.com/file/88neh81r90yv3pf/macrofire+3.2.9.rar/file You could use multiple remap.ini files ( it dosen't necessarily need to be named as "remap.ini" , it can be named anything you like , like "CorpseParty.ini" or literally anything of your choice ) and because of this , it is possible to use different button remaps for different games . Plus , its also possible to map combos to a specific button . Like the example given below [Remap1] RealButtons = SELECT + START RemapButtons = HOME

Hi. Thank you so much for this tutorial. I have a PSPGo running on CFW 6.61 PRO-C . I did everything like in the video but when I turn the "Macroengine on" and then press o to head back to the system menu I get kicked out to the PSPGo clock animation and cant go back to the XMB unless I disable the macroengine off. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

That's pretty cool. I might actually use this. I wonder, can you make the pressing of two buttons simultaneously register as a single button. Like, say I'm playing a PSOne game, can I make it so that pressing L and R simultaneously = R2?

My start and select buttons are not working i am unable to start games please help. I cannot press start to load the remapping list

My VolUp and VolDown keys don't wont. I copied over macrofire and did the remap for those two buttons to Rtrigger and Ltrigger and have enabled macrofire.prx for vsh game and pop in the vsh menu and vsh reset. I cannot enter the macrofire menu from the home screen as the default menu combinations are volup and voldn keys. Within macrofire ini file it does state menu buttons are volup and voldn and I changed to Ltrigger and Rtrigger but still cannot enter the menu. Is there a way I can do this. I just really need to turn up the volume of the psp using a button other then volup and then would just disable the prx

My start button stopped working so I used ths tutorial to remap it. Evertything went perfectly, I was at the very end and then, 4:30 happens, I have to press start to actually enable the remapping lol. That was pretty good. Clear and straightforward tutorial. Is it possible to map a button to no function at all? E.g: "Realbuttons = Circle" and "Remapbuttons = L2Trigger" (even leaving it blank) or using some other method? Many thanks.

the settings is not saving... the console lose all the settings when restart, and when apply the settings loose the audio...

I know this is probably a bit of a strech but can this be used to remap the second analog stick on a ps3 controller to square circle triangle and cross to use it to look around in games like medal of honor heroes (also the l2 r2 and pressing in the analog sticks)

Hey bit of a newbie question here but like I’ve been thinking of using my psp as a ps2 controller, I have a ps2 emulator on my pc and I want to use my psp but it has a right analog stick and most games make u use the right analog stick so I was wondering if I could do RealButton = AnalogLeft RemapButtons = RightAnalogStickLeft I was probs not clear with what I meant but I hope u know what I mean

The second question is I remapped an inverted analog stick but then I have noticed that the fine granular motion was gone and my character was running all the time, is it possible to fix?

A helpful video indeed! Though I have a problem, Everytime I activate the macrofire engine on either in game or is psp's main menu, the sound automatically cuts off. Then if I turn off the engine the sound comes back, do you have any knowledge regarding to this problem?

hi, I own a psp street model running on cfw, my home button doesnt work anymore, so I cant exit a game without shutting down psp , i wanted to remap home button with something else like ltrigger+volup , so looked up your video but the files in my seplugin folder doesnt match with yours, i only have a file named "font recovery" in my seplugin folder, and not a single vsh file, what to do?

This plugin seems like a life saver for stuck/not working buttons, because if I knew about this plugin about 3 months ago it would have saved my psp 3000 from... well trying to open it WITH A KNIFE, because the L button was always pressed down, and now (nice rhyme) it looks like it fell from 3 balcons, oh well, certainly makes a nice testing unit. Anyways, I wanted to ask: So the PSPs slim have 64 megabytes of ram, and my main PSP, the 1000 has only 32 megabytes of ram, so would it be possible to use this plugin one the 1000 if I have the following plugins active: dayviewer, random gameboot, category_lite? One other weird thing is that I managed to somehow keep a custom theme enabled on my psp, even after disabling the CXMB plugin, which is really cool since I imagine that it doesn't use as much ram.
