In that case - if I were Tom P - I'd stay, these two would be able to help out each other so much. That would be a nice synergy. The only thing I would be afraid of ... too many 'individuals' (I did not use the Ego-word ... or did I). What I'm sure of, Wout could bring a totally new form of life in INEOS.

Ineos is a GC team surely. This year its in a total mess , not just the riders but the management sounds all over the place and a few fallouts

Remco is going nowhere. He has a contract, and he's the poster boy for Soudal Quickstep. The reason the sponsors invest. So, any team that's interested in Remco will have to pay up big time or take over the complete team and sponsors. No way.

O’Conner will ride much better at Jayco. Decathlon treated him like absolute crap, and that has to have taken a major toll on him.

O'Connor had a pretty good season this year. I don't see why he'd do worse at Jayco.

Pidcock can't work for Remco, this would be a huge mistake.

As Soudal-Quickstep said, Remco might chase after a few Flanders Classics next year (I'm soooo looking forward to that), as pure racing helps him more than pure training. Anyway, I sense some synergy ... Tom taking Remco down the slopes, Remco taking Tom up the slopes. It feels a bit like Wout and Christophe Laporte. I think it would be interesting 🙂 .... But, it's never going to happen 🙂 It might be one of those never imagined working together things. A bit like Beast Wout pinning down Matthieu VDP in order to give his team mate every chance possible. On a side note, what a bl**dy good SUPER Domestique Wout can be ... not discounting his 9 TdF Wins. I truly hope he can get into his best form.

I doubt that, if he would not be of help to Tadej who we know more superior that Roglic, I wonder if he will accept as a back up of Roglic. For me, Ineos team is a good place for him, no dominant GC rider, which fit Ayuso since he wanted to be a leader in GC.

@donwell03 I think Ayuso would replace Roglic as the #1 GC if he did go to the Bull though. 🤔

@@user-bw9wz1jd9l It's never going to happen ... I have been imagining what would happen if Remco went to Visma or UAE and they could work out a good understanding. As it stands now, Tadej or Jonas are way up the Grand Tour Ladder. Either way, this would be - probably not as races would stop getting exciting 🙂- fun to think about. Maybe I should play more PlayStation 😀
