Kim, we would never think you are lazy. You busted butt for 5 days and pops. That was amazing what all the family accomplished. Take a couple of days and refresh before tackling more project's. Praying for your cousin Debbie 🙏
Even the plants and trees know they are coming to a great farm, and they grow up beautifully and show out! It's your loving and expert care that makes the difference!❤
My mother started a magnolia tree from seed and it is now huge and full of blooms. There is no other smell better than a magnolia bloom. I have magnolia trees all over my place thanks to the birds. Your Little Gem is really pretty‼️🙂
Those are beautiful! My mother has a massive regular Magnolia Tree planted in their yard many, many years ago and all the grandkids love to climb and hide in it!! It’s taller than the house when they were climbing in it!!!! It sure is BIG and BEAUTIFUL as ever now. You are 💯% correct the blooms smell wonderful and the leaves make for a wonderful display. Yours are beautiful and thank you for sharing with us! I hope your fruit orchard is doing well!!!! Blessings to all @Coghillfarm
Lived in NC in my youth and we had huge magnolia trees in our neighborhood. My sister and I and all the children in the neighborhood used to crawl inside of them and play on the interior branches. Most of the leaves were towards the outside of the trees and the interiors were filled with bare branches. It was nice and cool in the interior of the trees on hot humid days and it smelled so great in there. I used to wish I could have a bed in there with the nice aroma, the cooler temperatures and the little bit of dappled light, it was almost magical. I'm a senior grandmother now but if I ever see a big magnolia tree again, I might climb inside for a bit. Lol
We have one of those massive magnolia trees in our yard. Presently since it's Spring blooming season it has literally atleast a hundred blooms on it! You can smell their fragrance in the air the minute you walk out our front door. 😊
I have fond memories of playing inside my Mamaws massive magnolia tree. It had branched to the ground, and once you got past the outside, inside were just massive clean branches. You could climb that sucker all the way to the top! ❤
Lovely🌼. I love dwarf magnolia trees. And you can take a few of the blooms and a bowl of water and just float them in there. I would put it in front of an open window and the scent would just flow through my house in the breeze.🤗
Always wanted one but never got one! My hubby didn't like cleaning the mess from the Blooms up! His Mama had one and he always cut grass n cleaned the yard! So, I never got one! 🙁 Yours is so pretty Jason and I can't wait to see yours grow and bloom more each year! God Bless. 🙏❤🔥🇺🇸
I have a magnolia tree. Its been their in front yard over 35 years. Beautiful blooms. I don't think its little gem but its not a massive one. Only one that has one. During a ice storm it took out the top but its fine now.❤😊
We have one that was planted before we bought our place. It eventually grew tall enough to reach the electric lines. I cried watching them cut the top out of my magnolia... but it looks OK now. I'm just sad to know it can't grow any taller.
The first time I saw a magnolia tree, I thought, was a trip to South Carolina Naval base. I live in Oregon. When I got back, I discovered one on my route to work. 🤦♀️❤
We have a star magnolia bush ( creamy white) and a Randy magnolia bush ( mauve colored)here in N W Ohio! Randy doesn’t have much of a scent, but the star does!!
We even have them down here in South Florida! I saw some ladies congregating around a tree & realized what it was & went to join them smelling all those “ little gems”. 🌳💎🌳💎🌳💎🌳
