Very classy and elegant funeral. The guest list was close friends and of cause family. These two reporters are so surprised that there were Only 100 guest. This was a family event, not a circus. Very happy it was done so elegantly.Ivana was a very beautiful lady. RIP

Im not surprised to see them all there, a friend's mother passed away who I never knew, I went to support my friend, the funeral is mostly for those left behind.

Let's put it this way.....the Trump family showed the world today what it means to be a family. Being rich and famous doesn't mean you need to have a huge circus send off. This was a respectful and honorable day for their mother

I read Ivana’s book, “Raising Trump” and she had nothing but good things to say about Tiffany. She said she was a beautiful girl and wished her no ill will and since Ivana’s children are Tiffany’s siblings, I’m not surprised she was there to pay her respect.

Why were you surprised? It’s a family. Doesn’t matter if there were divorces and remarriages. A family that loves unconditionally sticks together. Plus this family has extreme family values. I’m proud of the Trump family. God bless them.

I don’t appreciate how the female reporter would insinuate people not showing up, it was a private funeral, however I must comment what a great reporter Paul Gerke is, regardless of the female reporter trying to inflict negativity Paul Gerke responded professionally, reporters nowadays report only what favors their News outlet. She was a wonderful mother. She made sure her children knew what "working for a living" meant. She also knew what "freedom" meant and she never took it for granted. She came from a communist country and saw the government ruling the people. She, as many in those days, got out if they got a chance, as soon as they could. Her children were taught to live a clean, innocent life and in order to accomplish anything, you had to work for your money. Gov, in her country, controlled people and everyone lived in poverty. When gov rules, the ruling class have all of the riches, and the people have nothing. I'm glad she lived a free life, before we go to a system of communist rule. I, as Ivana, don't want the Gov. to give me anything. Freedom is NOT free. Enjoy it while you can. RIP, Ivana Trump.

Donald looks genuinely devastated. I think he knew she kinda was his equal. He had genuine respect for her and I know he’s heartbroken for his children and grandchildren because she raised them for the most part and losing a parent… no matter your age is the worst. I feel the family handled the funeral perfectly and professionally. Of course and rightly so, Ivana wouldn’t want Marla there. A woman she didn’t even call by name and in her eyes broke up her marriage, love and family. But I do understand why Tiffany was there as she is Donald Trump’s daughter and she herself did nothing wrong and I feel it would have been very wrong and petty to not have had her attend with her father and half siblings and be left out. I feel it was also appropriate for Melania to be there as she is Donald’s current wife and the mother of his son Barron. She had nothing to do with their marriage ending. She would be there to support her husband and Barron there as his son. I do love that Donald shows love and respect to ALL of his children, just as he should. I have great respect for Donald Trump as well. Yes, he’s had his mistakes and bad decisions in life, but he’s also been very successful and did so much for our country as a president. I also find it appropriate that Donald JR’s ex was also there as she was part of the family for many years and is the mother of Ivana’s grandchildren. I don’t know their relations, but I’m guessing they were close. This was a family affair and only those closest were invited and attended. I’m not sure why some of Ivana’s closer friends weren’t invited and I’m sure it was hard for them, but it’s good to hear they are going to get together to celebrate her life at a later date. Ivana was an amazing human being and lady full of class, dignity, wisdom and grace. She was friendly to I believe all (from what I’ve read) and was like all of us, wanting to find and have love in her life, although I don’t think she ever fully trusted again after Donald. She was an amazing mother to her children and raised them well and it shows. I really hope her children stayed in close touch with her and saw and visited her often. It’s made me wonder because I didn’t read or see any videos anywhere about the last time her children had seen her or spoken to her and I know she had been alone in her home since the beginning of the pandemic which must have been incredibly lonely. She loved those children fiercely and with all of her heart and it shows. They were her pride and joy. She had a good work ethic and was a very hard worker, went on to still remain successful of her own right after her divorce with Donald, which I admire her for. She wasn’t a quitter or complainer. She was a hard worker and achiever in life. Above all, I loved her comment, that her kids were always her top priority and to “never ever talk badly about your spouse (or ex-spouse) because it does reflect on them you know. They are a part of him as much as they are a part of you, so you have to always talk nicely.” Now THAT is a classy and wise lady! I wish I had done better at that. But it definitely shows in her interviews even after her divorce. I’ve never heard her say anything unkind about Donald Trump when she spoke of him, ever! And I’m sure there was plenty she could have said. This family lost a giant, their core, the parent that truly raised them growing up. I’m grateful they have their dad to remain close to, but I’m sure she will be greatly missed. May she Rest In Peace and always be remembered for the beautiful and gracious lady that she was.

Precious lady who loves family still beyond the veil. I'm 71, have fallen three times this June, just fell. I am going to therapy for the three falls. When I heard of Ivana, I really made me think to be careful falling. I wish someone would have been watching he.

I so respect the intimacy of this event. It’s speaks highly of the family’s values. We have the same “extended family” dynamics with ex’s and kids. Bitterness is destructive and unnecessary. Some people are better at taking the “high road” than others.

I’ve never been a Trump fan, that being said Ivana rocked the eighties, she was a very beautiful and dedicated mom and and an extremely smart business woman. It’s not unusual for all the current and former family that was there to attend to pay their respect and support each other, it’s what happens with most families. Maybe some are feeling this would be different because of the unique family dynamic and everything that’s currently happening, but a loss usually pulls a family together. May she Rest In Paradise and her children and grandchildren find comfort in the memories they created with her.

That staircase was an accident waiting to happen , even for someone who was not elderly with a hip issue. But she was a very independent woman, and strong as well, very sad this happened to her. I'm sure the whole family is devastated she was their Mother, I can relate to that. Prayers for those who loved her.

She may have had pre-diabetic numbness in toes, feet, legs affecting her balance in walking One photo of her walking she seems to be taking tiny steps gingerly. What surprised and why indeed at all for The former First Lady to join her husband for his ex-wife’s funeral? What kind of era is this!? Trump may have divorced Ivana but the reason was truly that Trump let and support Ivana in her business ambitions so much that both him and her agreed that she was like the twin in Trump and she was so much more focused on business than on her husband. I am 66 yrs old and I fell 2 times off the staircase - I fell on my abdomen and the second time on my back! I was in ICU for a long time after the falls! We elderly people must be very careful on a staircase. I was in a hurry both times I fell and I missed some of the stairs. Thank God I am still here. One must be very careful on a staircase.
