fyi, when you wipe the inside of the receiver with a rag, be very careful, after several years of shooting, the grooves and edges inside the receiver will become very sharp, and if you just shove your hand in there and start wiping back and forth, it can slice you up real good.

here I am with both index finders bandaged because mine took my finger almost to the bone a couple days ago 😂😂 yeah, wish I watched this first and got to read the reminder. This gun gets me like that every 5 years or so.

i whouldnt think it dosent matter to much just use good old remington oil to clean all my guns it comes in a spray but you can also get presoaked patches to remove fingerprints ect on the outside but the inside just some spray and patches works
