I got view #666, the mark of the devil... Hu. The quiet energy in this song suits you. The soft piano, tender strums, and haunting choir from nowhere.. Honestly, when I first played this game some years back, the town reminded me of your roleplay site.. I'm sure you inspired Mr.Foxx. He's such a fan of yours too.

I love how they’re hugging the mannequin lol I also feel like an orchestral, neo-classical style was always in the cards for your compositions/arrangements, so it’s a treat to see you blending them together! I’m sorry I couldn’t be the notification squad though. I sleep a lot :/

I thought it was just a depiction of what Ralsei is, since it's heavily implied Darkners aren't really _people,_ but rather objects that are kinda sentient, and "exist to aid the Lightners", so with the kind of tearfull remix we have here I'm reading this as Kris realising and accepting their friend is but a construct of their own making, or something.

@@imthecoolestguyalive Still kind of makes sense if we consider that Kris likely feels off in relation to their family (they are the only human). They also used pink horns when they were younger, Ralsei has pink horns, so perhaps Ralsei is what Kris wished they were, so they could fit in the family.

I was thinking you should do a remix for forgotten land, but imo forgotten land doesn’t have an amazing final boss theme like the other games did, forgotten land’s soundtrack is pretty meh in comparison, I’d say it’s got about 5 great tracks and the rest are ok

I think Forgotten Land has a very beautiful final boss theme that would mesh with Itoki's natural style pretty well. (Especially Phase 2) It would give chance to go crazy with instrumentation.

This remix is beautiful! You know, Empty Town is an 8-bit style song, while My Castle Town is seems like a 16-bit style song (sounding almost like something out of Chrono Trigger). It would be cool if, as your Castle Town fills up with recruits, the song uses more and more modern instrumentation (but still retaining its melancholy tone). I could totally see a remix like this working for the final version of the Town. It's so good!

@@DruidPC OK, I have no idea, I'm not a musician. All I can say is the song gives me serious Chrono Trigger vibes to my naive ears. Compare to "Yearnings of the Wind" or "The End of Time". All three songs share these reverbing clock ticks, for one. Someone with better ears might be able to point out more connections.

Why envy it? Can’t you see he’s hugging nothing? Ralsei may be real to Kris, but if you think about it the only time he’s actually real is when they’re in the dark world. Considering everything in the Dark World is just a toy or doll come to life, it’s likely that Ralsei is no exception, which is why you can’t see Ralaei, you can only see Kris hugging an empty pair of clothes. Symbolizing that Ralsei is not real, he never was. Or at least that’s my interpretation of things, regardless what I’m saying is you shouldn’t feel envious, since you probably have someone real whom you can hug. So be happy 🤗 ❤️

Honestly, I could see you working with Toby Fox on the music for Deltarune! I don't think there have been any choirs yet in the game, but there was a choir in Undertale (But the Earth Refused to Die, the song that plays before the fight with Undyne the Undying), so you could be included as part of a battle theme or something :O Or you could even compose just instrumental music My point is...you could totally work on Deltarune's soundtrack, and it would be amazing
