Stephan A. Schwartz is a Distinguished Consulting Faculty of Saybrook University. He is the columnist for the journal Explore, and editor of the daily web publication Schwartzreport.net in both of which he covers trends that are affecting the future. His other academic and research appointments include: Senior Fellow for Brain, Mind and Healing of the Samueli Institute; founder and Research Director of the Mobius laboratory. Government appointments include Special Assistant for Research and Analysis to the Chief of Naval Operations. Schwartz was the principal researcher studying the use of Remote Viewing in archaeology. Using Remote Viewing he discovered Cleopatra's Palace, Marc Antony's Timonium, ruins of the Lighthouse of Pharos, and sunken ships along the California coast, and in the Bahamas. He is the author of more than 130 technical reports and papers. He has written The Secret Vaults of Time, The Alexandria Project, Mind Rover, Opening to the Infinite, and The 8 Laws of Change.
Here he reviews his earlier project, starting in 1978, of asking remote viewers to describe life in the year 2050. Recently he initiated a new project to look at the year 2060, so that it could be compared to his 2050 results. He describes his careful use of consensus methodology in remote viewing. Furthermore, he is now able to take advantage of several analytical tools involving "big data" that were not available for the earlier research. Preliminary results suggest that, by 2060, society will have adjusted to an enormous transformating occuring between 2040 and 2045.
New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of The Roots of Consciousness, Psi Development Systems, and The PK Man. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in "parapsychology" ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980). He is also the Grand Prize winner of the 2021 Bigelow Institute essay competition regarding the best evidence for survival of human consciousness after permanent bodily death.

In this 2060 world America's population is only a fourth as large and they are very poor. So much under water likely means the Antarctic "dooms day" glacier has collapsed. America seems to have broken up into three pieces that don't sound much like they want to help each other. That people have a more holistic view might be the result of feeling they have lost everything. He needs to examine how people feel about their world since this might be just as verifiable as the physical. He should ask of his data specifically if a very large population loss event has happened; knowing IF may allow factoring out the nature of the WHAT.

Just look up videos re Pluto in Aquarius. Your life ( wherever Aquarius is in your chart) and the world go to havoc next year as Pluto enters aqua after 200 something years. Aspects are exact mirrors of what they were in 1939 as well as far as major planets go. It’ll be rather insane. Put in your calendar March 2023. You don’t have to. TIMESTAMPS: 1:58 in the last year Stephan Schwartz has expanded his 2050 project, to study the year 2060, using remote viewing. 21:46 using data analysis tools, and "The GDELT project", to help him go through 10,000 pages of data, as a refinement of the consensus methodology. 25:45 When you analyze the data, not sentence by sentence, but concept by concept, you get a higher level of refinement, and more accurate data. That's how he did his archeological projects. 32:52 remote viewing is a technique used to assess information, via a consensus protocol. It's the same with investigative journalism, and intelligence collection. The only difference is that with remote viewing, the data is sourced through non-local consciousness. 29:23 35-40% of the data in this project is too vague to be analyzed. Typically, the data that can be analyzed is 70-80% accurate. It was the same in archeology & criminology projects. 34:46 RV has so many possible applications. Why aren't more ppl doing this? It's very expensive, and the funding for parapsychology is so modest. 2:55 why he didn't want to look too far into the future. Topics mentioned in the 2050 study are listed in the timestamps here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-avbsEEz98Ck.html&ab_channel=NewThinkingAllowedwithJeffreyMishlove 6:15 a series of pandemics: AIDS, SARS, H5N1, COVID, etc. 7:51 the unanswered question of probabilities. He's still analyzing the 2060 data. 8:49 he has noticed some continuities already though, consistent with the 2050 study. 8:58 climate change: most of L.A., Santa Monica, Manhattan beach, ans Hermosa beach, is under water. The same is true with Virginia beach, Norfolk, coastal areas in Europe, and in Japan. 10:39 comparing intellectual expectations to remote viewing data consensus., because the results do differ from rational expectations. 12:29 Major changes will happen between 2040-2045, relating to climate change & society/ the way we live. Society has become settled again by 2060. 14:52 the separation between the red and blue states. In 2060, white supremacy, homophobia and sexism are mostly resolved. Decentralization of power in the US. 16:47 there have been large movements of ppl. Ppl are living in smaller communities, and living in a minimalist culture. 17:24 Everything is run by electricity. The first phase is building charging stations. The next phase is where roads charge the vehicles that drive on them. There is reduced air travel. 27:13 we've already begun to study how to make roads that charge vehicles, at Cornell University. 18:35 healthcare has radically changed. We have universal birthright healthcare, (as opposed to an illness profit system,) hospitals are quieter, more organic, and we have a better understanding about how health relates to consciousness. 19:44 agriculture no longer involves mono-crops, or poisons (pesticides & herbicides.) Most food production is local. 37:49 70% of the food we eat is dependent on bees. 20:42 the data about about the emergence of an other homonid species, through crispr technology, is yet to be analyzed. 24:44 concerns from the futurists of the 1970s-80s, about overpopulation and food scarcity, are turning out to not be accurate. 37:26 his conclusion from the 2050 & 2060 data is that: in the future we are going to have a culture that is grounded in the idea that we live in a matrix of consciousness. The people in 2060, in particular, understand that the world is inter-related and inter-dependent. The Future is bright! Always darkest before the dawn! Consciousness will be the focus of the future, as it should be. Remote Viewing the future resolves only a probable future, not the absolute, unavoidable, or desired future. The Future is probabilistic, not deterministic. Even if future experience creates past experience, an expected result is NEVER guaranteed. Consciousness is all that actually exists. Perception In Consciousness is all we have... ever. Even after perceived bodily death, the core, the soul of you proceeds thru continued perception. Not a Simulation, but it's understandable as a concept in that all your life will ever be is Perception within the "Now" and the perceived repercussions of actions perceived to have resulted from those actions. Choice & Consequence leads to Truth and Value. Truth & Value leads to Wisdom & Compassion, which ultimately leads to Love. We do not truly understand the concept of Love. We think it's this emotional bond created by affection and attraction, when it is more a recognition of Self In Other and its incumbent inherent attraction. Your perception of the material world is real... the material world is not.

Wow! I actually have seen or sensed that future - where we live in smaller, self-sustained communities. And power structures are flipped - those who are earth workers are revered and honored and paid well; those who were at the top, in our current state of affairs, are at the bottom, with no real power at all. I think maybe its because our physical world will change so drastically that earth workers are going to have skills that we need to survive. And, I think the federal government will get bypassed, because they have become so inept and incompetent, that we take matters into our own hands, locally.

Remote viewing is not time limited at all. You can remote view a million years ago just as you can remote view 1000 miles away but in the present moment at any given time. Time is construct of mind and when the mind is quieted, time can be explored outside the illusive linearity that it’s usually experienced in. It’s also possible to remote view based on emotions and other factors it’s not just about time investigating. Ingo Swann is the father of the entire field.

@YourLogicalNightmare Also, I suspect it would enrage you if I told you that I feel for your lack of spiritual depth - I'm not sure why you watch Mishlove at all, for even the very greatest of those he interviews, the Nobel Laureates, all acknowledge a spiritual dimension in their lives, have room for wonder and awe and a sense of mystery and reverence. That is also true of our greatest scientists, including Einstein, and even Hawking, DESPITE his earlier conclusion that God was "not necessary". People like Dawkins look shallow and narrow by comparison. He forgets that science, after all, is in the end only a method (though the best we have) to explore a very limited range of subjects. Its findings are, indeed, within themselves, amazing. Unfortunately, the biggest and grandest questions are not within its purview. And, even as far as it allows its acolytes free rein to enquire, their findings give rise to wildly contradictory theories. One has only to consider the furore over dark energy. I'm sure I've heard people like Sabine Hossenfelder (who delights me, btw, regardless of her scornful attitude to people like me!) make incredibly dismissive comments on this topic in the past, but not QUITE so much now ... ! So you see, I am not ANTI the scientific method, by any means. It's just not useful for everything.

I believe that the change in human consciousness will be that we will realize that man does not have dominion over the earth--a lie promoted by religion and used to justify exploitation. We will finally accept that the earth (nature) has dominion over man as well as all other creatures--all life--and mankind will see our role on the planet as caretakers of this incredible realm. That most important as yet unanswered question Stephan mentioned is the most significant - whether the future they’re tuning into is fixed or not. My view is that we have the power and wherewithal to shift it. The question is also whether we collectively affect such issues as climate change, warfare, etc depending upon our collective state of enlightenment or lack thereof. Of course I think/know we do. Consider that a quantum leap in consciousness alters the entire trajectory - for the better of course 👍😊♥️

Most people fail to consider there is a natural planetary cyclic climate change going on (a slow shifting to an ice age) where the climate swings from extremes of hot and cold compared to what we have considered normal for the past 2000 years or so to eventually taking up a stable position towards being cold (in the cold the planet goes into repair mode) - the shifts the planet goes through every so often, while the exacerbating effect of human pursuits also have its effect and can be learned from and changed to a more wholesome healthy way of doing things, it wont make so much of a difference when the planet has to do what the planet has to do to rebalance itself - so partly its fixed (the planet) and partly the choices we make (the unfixed)

@@DianneCollins ... I disagree respectfully with you. Everything is fixed, its like a movie or computer game, everything is set in stone so to speak. We are only here for experiences, experiences we choose before we take on human form, everything is pre-ordained. We are all parts of the same source consciousness, we (the one consciousness) are unable to experience emotions apart from pure love in our oneness state so we multiply/split ourselves into individuals to experience individualism and other emotions besides pure love, its all just for experiences, this "reality" was created so the single source pure consciousness (that's us) could experience many selves and all the emotions which are unavailable to it outside of this "reality". All possibilities, all outcomes, past, present and future exist already, we just choose which we will experience before we arrive on Earth, everything is fixed and known before we arrive here, we come just for a set of experiences like actors in a film or on stage playing a particular part that follows a pre-written script. I recall my sister as a child having a vision of a tidal wave the size of a skyscraper. Back in the 80s and barely out of my teens I had this sudden urge to write a short story. Based in the future it centered around the fight between dark and light: these energies presented themselves as humans but were in fact cosmic beings. In it I described technological things we see and use today...such as the SatNav. As well, the population was dramatically reduced in numbers. I called the story 2030 as it was based in this year...50 years in the future. At its completion I put it away and thought no more of it. But I do recall the speed and urgency of the information coming at me; today I could describe it as automatic writing. Interesting now how there's much being predicted for 2030 by psychics and scientists alike.

Remember, the past, present and future are simultaneous….the future exists as PROBABLE REALITIES. Any remote viewing of a “future” is simply viewing a Probable Future, amongst infinite probable futures we could experience. By changing “current” beliefs, actions, decisions and intentions we collectively change the “Probable Futures”. If we remote view 2060 a year from now, it would be a different outcome, because in one year, so many conscious changes could and would occur.

I find all of this "we can change the world" or "save the planet" to be the Hopium generated by human ego. Yes we are animated by a spark of Divine Fire which is our tiny bit of Power of Imagination...to dream New Worlds. But Cosmos is a fractal set of nested self-similar monads within Monads. The images of an electrically (plasma...NOT gas) cosmos with filaments, cells, organized structures (not explosion leftovers) elegantly shows self organization for efficiency. And IT pulsates, undulates, as currents do, whether currents of electricity, plasma, mind, emotion, water oceans... Humans may REFLECT changing frequencies the pulsate through Mankind as an organism, but we are not the cause. We may be helping agents though. We little biobots are like small buds on the Great Cosmos Tree, which is a connected Vine and ever branching so Di-Vining... when the bud wakes enough as to examine WHERE its power to be alive comes from, it discovers the Tree whose Light sap animates its phases of unfoldment. Humans so far live in mentalized separation identity, reifying dynamic flows into apparently solid clumps they narrate to themselves as "bodies" and "things.' There's no need for us to do anything, it's not happening due to our minuscule dollops of Divine Spark as Will. Those who disagree don't yet see it is the TREE that acts through them; ....and yet...we are also miniatures, little trees within the TREE. If Winter is upon us, go with it. Time to compost the deadwood. Life is fed by Death. If you whine about only Life going on, then you don't grok that Death is equally necessary for YOU to exist.

Bad idea. Without a united states we will lose power and will no longer be a unified nation. We will be like Russia, with little states peeling off and making their own little republics. It will be a disaster for America. Russia has been trolling Americans and pushing them toward breaking apart. This only helps them because they want to weaken the US. It's very sad. Subversion by Russian trolls is a terrible scourge and is misleading Americans against their.own interest. Brexit was the same. Russia pushed hard for the right wing to break from the EU. Its most interesting to me that the viewers appear to pick up the mainstream narrative version of things but don't appear to pick up on, well, the real data behind it. Like how the definition of a pandemic got changed, all the manipulation around how data was gathered, the manipulation of what defines a "case", inaccuracy of the most prominent tests, All the moneyed interests and the long paper trails that prove their connections. All the vast and ever increasing amounts data on damage from the shots, etc, etc. None of that gets seen apparently, yet that's all very real, factual, actual, provable information. All that is seen is the general, mainstream, consciously popular message of multiple pandemics. Which makes sense given the other data we know of for remote viewing that things like fanatical belief on the part of the tasker or even on the part of others around the session seems to affect the information a viewer gets. When you factor that in, it makes perfect sense that the most prominent and common information reported would be the multiple pandemics narrative. For the 2060 data, someone like me who's aware of that could interpret the local small communities thing as meaning that what is currently the "freedom movement" has progressed and become more prominent, and its current work on creating local communities that source its food and everything else as locally as possible and pull away from the corrupt government and general system has cemented itself and largely succeeded. While the globalist plan of abandoning America as the world Leviathan has succeeded as well, and now China is the dominant world military superpower as has been documented as the plan by people like Antony Sutton since the 70's. But assuming my analysis is right, none of that context is seen, just a general sense that people live in smaller, close knit communities and that power has largely shifted to something more decentralized, which is the freedom movement's entire goal. And to be honest, I'm willing to bet that's what happens between 2040-2045, that the freedom movement's infrastructure and number finally hits the majority, and the entire culture is forced to shift as they basically tell the government to get lost in their area. It's predicted in those communities that its going to take around till that time to get things cemented enough. It also then makes sense that things like gender equality and the red vs blue states stops being an issue after that point, because the freedom community knows that that's all nonsense and totally irrelevant. However it could also go the opposite way, where the freedom movement is simply wiped out, and thus those divide and conquer tactics are no longer necessary, so they're phased out. The small communities and people not moving around much could instead refer to the fulfillment of the technocratic agenda, with everyone shoved into smart cities and unable to travel anywhere else constantly surveilled, and guarded like livestock by weaponized drones and probably more exotic things too. The claim that people understand that we live in a matrix of consciousness could go either way, used to promote a sort of ultimate collectivism in the worst case, or ultimate independence in the best. Either way, its interesting, lets all work towards the best possible future, whatever that may be to each of us.

Couldnt have said it better myself. Unfortunately, i see the latter happening. All of whats happening with the pandemic and global economic crash is to bring us onto the new financial system. Smart systems will integrate this. The only way people will see food during the hardest times coming our way is through living in the grid or growing it yourself. @spenglertheblind1008 2 года назад
@@MissAllanPoe1988 Maybe, but, well, I'm a little plugged into some of those communities to put it mildly, and honestly the momentum I'm seeing both in terms of amount of people waking up to all this stuff per day and the amount of real on the ground work people are doing to build that local infrastructure is pretty astounding. Its very possible that things could go in a very positive direction, but its true, we don't really know, and all we can do is put the work in ourselves. There seems to be other data, discussed in Real Magic by Dean Radin for example, that suggests the future is not fixed, so that probably applies to this as well.

The LGBTQ, white supremacy, etc isn't an issue in the future because it doesn't exist today. I would have hoped someone touting this level of future predictions would start with a neutral baseline not one littered with nothing but his own misconceptions. The only thing this guy is doing is predicting a future that can be easily seen from today's current cause and effect. The USA is no longer a world power? Fascinating description of the state of the US in 2060, that reminds me of these forecasts from Maitreya's Teachings - The Laws of Life (compiled by the late futurologist Benjamin Creme in 2005): "It is difficult to govern a people who have lost faith. American society has reached danger point: the tempo of life is too fast, lacking in compassion; it suffocates people who cannot keep up. There is too much suffering. Here, too, there will be changes; America cannot be left as it is. (Dec 1991)" and "Just as the 80 regions of the Russian Federation are seeking greater autonomy, the same process is occurring in the United States. Each state wants a greater say in managing its own affairs (education, health, housing, police forces, etc.) Each state is willing to pay its due share of taxes to central government, but at present the feeling is that too great a share goes to the centre, leaving insufficient funds for local management of local affairs. There will be a change of policy. Central government will concern itself with defence and national priorities. (Sep 1993)" (The Laws of Life, p.218)

It doesn't surprise me that in order for humanity and everything on this Earth including the Earth itself, to continue, that we do have to have a change in consciousness. I can see that happening already. Just the fact that this particular RU-vid channel exists is one example. But there are so many other examples and it all makes sense to me. So we've had many different "Ages" in society like the Agricultural age the Industrial Age or revolution, the Information age and I believe the next age will be the Consciousness age or revolution. "Changing consciousness" - Stephan has got it right!
@apow3rs
@apow3rs 2 года назад
My fear of divination, even my own, is that by seeing, the point becomes fixed (quantum/entangled observer effect). How they were ‘fixed’ differed but the content didn’t. Some turned out to be films. But other more pressing content was far worse. How visualisation, imagination and non local consciousness differ from each other will become incredibly important distinctions. How fruiting bodies differ from mycelium, how imagination differs from hallucinations, etc may prove a trackable asset. It’s hard to know how our nervous systems resonate and occupy space creating a subconscious pathway for themselves. Whether certain people are picked as ‘sports’ to be the avatar for a cultural shift, (those best equipped to carry the narrative) may also form a part of the conscious web of evolution.
@martinwebb1681
@martinwebb1681 2 года назад
Ali Powers ... All is fixed, past. present and future are all concurrent, every thing that has ever happened, is happening and will ever happen is happening in this moment. Life is like a movie or a computer game and we are the actors, we know the plot before we are born, everything has already happened, we are only here for the experiences of playing a particular part, we can not change events, the only free will we have is how we react to the situations that face us through life. Our choices of how to react to each situation is our free will and why we are here, we are here for experiences, we come because where we originate from (pure consciousness) we are unable to experience any emotions except pure love, so we take on a body in the movie of life we call Earth so we can experience the emotions in that particular life. Everything is for experience, this reality was made just so the pure love consciousness could experience individuality/separation and different emotions.

If you TELL the remote viewer the TARGET, the entire session is INVALID. Sorry, but that is fact according to all other remote viewers. So I don't know what this guy is doing. I don't understand why Jeffrey is presenting this as a valid process. YOU DO NOT FRONT LOAD the remote viewer. Instead, you give them a symbol or sequence of numbers that represent the target. That is the ONLY way you will get valid data that isn't influenced by the viewer's preconceived notions. What an astonishing waste of time.
@RevanSK

It does not have to be invalid. If some information is coming over and over again from multiple people, it's most likely true.

The way it works with viewing closer to your timeframe reference is similar to the double slit experiment. The observer can change the result in unexpected ways thus if he sees a year ahead, mostlikely things wont go the way he saw them. The further he sees timewise, the morelikely what he sees will take place. Time is the effect of perceived movement, count a year as a wave. Years on Jupiter are longer in comparison to ours due to being further from Sun. But if you were to live on Jupiter, you would feel it just as on Earth.

As I would like to believe in what he's saying, I'm a little skeptical. I've always understood that "Remote Viewing" was being able to connect to a certain place in the world and being able to accurately describe that current environment. I've see it done on documentaries dozens of times. I didn't know you could possibly remote view the future. I don't understand what place your told to think about since it's a certain year and future time that you most likely don't exist in.

I have travelled many times into the future via my dreams. In those dreams I am always trying to ge back to the home I knew as a child. The people I meet on the way are very different in their attitude and have no understanding of love or hate, just existence. They don't own homes but seem to live in short term communes, moving from one place to another at will. There is no management structure in the places I have visited and the streets I once knew and grew up in are always alien to me in some way or another. I am 79 this year, without debt and I am happily married with a wonderful daughter and two wonderful granddaughters. However, this dream plagues me as it has since childhood. Is it a dream? Is it a warning of what's to come? Who knows. We will have to wait and see.

I am a Data Scientist working in the world of data. I think an interesting approach that could be taken to better understand this data would be to apply Natural Language Processing, called NLP to the challenge. There is a recently developed technology complimenting this space called 'phrase mining' in which, using statistical significance, all the phrases are extracted from a text source. Word frequency analysis could also be executed against the text source in which the word frequency count could be dis-aggregated and analyzed in a variety of ways. However, if you are manually analyzing this data without the use of applying some baseline of language automation, I believe you will miss a lot of the insights the data holds. In my opinion, there should be no manual effort exclusively applied to data of such a sensitive and compelling nature. You need to acquire both a set of technical insights and practical ones, all derived from some form of statistical significance.

I don’t think Jason, despite his amazing research and the resulting all-encompassing thesis he proposes, would be the kind of interviewee preferred by Jeffrey. Not many channels can cope with the likelihood of 2040/2046. Also, for all that Jason’s punctilious research outstrips many academics, he doesn’t present in the accepted ‘academic’ way expected by many interviewers. Hopefully though, Jeffrey will visit Archaix as even if he doesn’t interview, it will mightily fertilise his mind :)

The one story that past life regressionists have talked about is where did the human project go wrong and that was the Introduction of individualism. Before we were one community, we didn't have children to be extensions of ourselves but saw them as future members of the community who were raised by the community. The 2060s seems like we are finding our way back.

"There was this event between 2040-2045 and we adjusted for it!" and suddenly remote viewing can't tell what the event is?? What's the point of the remote viewing if it can't predict events anymore. It should predict what the events actually are, not only just vague dates 2040-2045?? "The event wasn't nuclear war because they didn't tell anything about a nuclear war!" Okey and what did they tell instead? what event are they referring to in their speeches? LOL.... And this also sounds like the remote viewer really sees what he/she wants to see in the future. Almost like Democratic party propaganda?

The future is not set in stone. Anyone remote viewing can see a possible future and perhaps one that has a high probability based on the energy at the time of the reading. Going too far in the future makes the accuracy more and more challenging. The past is also not set in stone although people think it is. It’s my understanding that the past is shaped by the present. As you evolve and change your past changes to reflect more accurately the person you have become.

At 15:46-16:06 Schwartz mentions a future regionalization of the USA. There's an interesting book from the 1980s that's worth reading: The Nine Nations of North America by Joel Garreau. Today the cultures and boundaries have changed due in large part to technology, but there's still still plenty in the book that's valid.

Well, I felt better about the future for about 5 minutes. Then I realized a big chunk is missing. If millions or billions of people are going to be displaced because a lot of land will be covered in water, how is it possible for people in the future to live in smaller communities (and growing food locally) when we are over crowded now as it is? The remote viewers are not seeing an over population problem, which is good news. BUT, what happened to all the people between now and 2060? And if we are living as minimalists it sounds as if the global chain of supply has been disrupted. What event occurred to cause that?
