Good explanation of how to utilize the tool. Obviously, if "the color" is included in what you would like to keep you will need a more advanced technique or program. These days it only takes a minute in Adobe Photoshop. However, I like this instruction. It's well done.

TOO LONG PROCESS. AND INTRO. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO SIMPLY PASTE YOUR PICTURE IN A SLIDE. CLICK YOUR PICTURE AND PICTURE FORMAT. SELECT COLOR AND SELECT TRANSPARENT COLOR THEN CLICK THE WHITE BACKGROUND THEN DONE!

For people searchjng for this option i 2022: You need to upload the pic in png ,not in jpeg,in order to export it as a plain background (That's the case when you have a pic where the vackground is already been removed)

I have a number of logos as transparent BG PNGs. However, when printing the powerpoint file the backgrounds are replaced. I know this is a separate problem, but have you encountered this?

What if I take a photo of a bird. I want to put the photo on a cup online. There are branches that I want gone. I want the bird only on the cup. Will this software remove the branches from the photo so that I can just put the only the bird on the cup?

Thank you for making Powerpoint so simple to understand. But in this video the way you removed the background I tried to do it the same way. But the colours didn't fade. I followed all the steps the way you explained. Am I doing it wrongly? Please correct me.

Thank you for this, and here is a puzzle: I used removing the background on a slide and worked perfectly and then in the next slide, all my images when I remove the background they are cropped. I can't figure out what happened, because it is on the same file just different slide. Any tips?
