namaste acharya pratishtha ji. I regularly watch your videos and practice a lot of yogasan from them. please suggest some asanas to tighten uterus as I am unable to control urine. The problem is at peak during morning time, winters and when I keep fast. at times I go so many times that i feel weakness in my legs. homeopathic medication didn't help much. Hope you will answer my query
