awesome man. I have a similar kit myself. Mine lives in a 5 gallon bucket though. And my transfer pump is mechanical...driven by any drill or impact. I has 3/4" hose thread inlet and outlet. I keep some rain-r-shine pvc glue/cement, some fittings, pvc cutter couple lengths of garden hose, and I also unions in my kit...as well as other adapters I made to quickly and easily connect whatever the drain line configuration requires to get it connected to the pump 3/4 hose thread outlet. I like that intake pickup you have there. I gotta get one of those. My drill driven pump is the one from harbor frieght tools. And it really is fantastic. It can move 750 gallons per hour. And it was only $15. It has an integral mounting base, with screw holes, molded into the pump body. Its super compact. I took a 2x8 board about 12 inches long and mounted the pump to one of of it. stays there permanently. And on the other end of the board, I connected an older porter cable 12v drill and mounted it with some hurricane clips and some hose clamps. Easily can take it off by hand as my hose clamps have thumb screw head on them, but I leave it on there permanently and just swap batteries as needed. Its changed how i view this type of call going in now. I don't despise these calls as much now. Haha. It should also be noted that if i have a clog that the shop vac wont clear sucking from outside, I have had several where this drill powered pump created enough pressure with enough velocity to bust the clog up and send it on down stream. I have only ever had on instance where it created too much pressure and caused a leak at a fitting. To be fair, the pressure wasn't the issue...it was a fitting that was missed for glue/cement when it was installed. it was a 90 elbow transitioning from horizontal run to vertical straight downward so it never really saw a standing water situation to call attention to it. take care. Keep killing it man.

I’ve built a lot of houses, and I’ve yet to see an HVAC company more conscientious about every aspect of the trade. No doubt you’re in very high demand in your area.

You can also use that pump on roof when washing RTU'S to increase water pressure.

Where do you get just the hoses and the pick up? I already have the Milwaukee transfer pump. Just really want some bigger hoses and that pick up

Milwaukee transfer pump is kind of pricy, wonder if Harbor Freights cordless works ok, it has the same pick up setup as yours but I think you have to buy the battery and charger separately.

i have tried finding them too. seems they only come with transfer pumps to filter the water.

It's called an intake filter. But even searching on amazon I couldn't find one separate from a transfer pump

I just use a couple pvc elbows and pipe the primary drain down into the auxiliary pan, hit it with a small shop vac or hand pump and let it siphon out. Keep it simple y’all

100 bucks for the top off, 150 for the transfer pump… and a more difficult setup… just get the m18 pump for 209

@@AllTattedUp13 you're not too quick. Do you really think if that were possible this guy wouldn't know that? The pan is full of water. How did it get there? It OVERFLOWED. There is no secondary drain.

@@realSamAndrew been doing hvac for over 20yrs kid lol. You get water in coil pans when cond. Drain is clogged. It's not rocket science lol.
