I am a South African vaseline is the cheapest skin product to use. Vaseline removes rashes, its good dry skins. I never stopped using vaseline and I'm 64years and I never had any problems using vaseline on my entire body. Thats my opinion. Vaseline is a good product.
Hi Dr Rajani, do not throw away the white of the egg. Add it to baking soda, mix & put on face for 20 mins. It tightens the skin & I do this! Just amazing results
@@bradenhue6066 You don't want to store it. It's raw ingredients. Use & throw away the rest, unless you're using it late at night, and want another go in the morning, or other way around. Don't keep it longer than that.
I used to do these as a teenager before it was a thing. Up until a year ago(I'm 46 now) everyone asked me what I did to look like I was 15. I think these do it yourself skin care remedies is what did it besides eating lots of veggies and water and sleep.🙂 Thank you for reminding me of this. I'm going to do them again. I used to add a little bit of vit C and E oil to mine.
One of the best fats is caster oil. I p,ace a tiny bit in palm a pea size then rub hands n place on face all over. It soaks in well but too much wont. I do this twice a day.
Hi, I was always told that Vaseline is petroleum, mineral oil. It not only does not help the skin but it sucks out healthy nutritions from the skin. Because this is a great mask and I love the rest of the ingredients in it, I would substitute Vaseline with Lanolin. Pure lanolin comes from sheep wool and should not have any mineral oil products in it. ❤
@@cheryljenkins1341 Glycerin - depending on your climate, if you have a DRY climate, glycerin will suck moisture out of your skin (hair), it's very good in very humid climates.
It looks like a good one, though i would not apply the vaseline in the mask cause of what you sayed,i would apply the vaseline as last, also for the hands as intense repair trestment over night, using gloves to make oclusive,i think it woukd be AMAZING!!⭐✨💫
😃Aw Doc... you are the coolest of the coolest❣️ Thanks so much!!!! Vaseline is the only ingredient I wouldn't use as it is linked to petroleum impurity (PAH). I'm thinking of substituting it with shea butter or cocoa butter.
My skin is generally too sensitive for masks of any kind. I once broke out in welts from a DIY mask in a popular magazine. But I did start using a Gua sha after moisturizing my face. I don't know if it's doing anything yet, visually, but I know it's increasing blood flow and I'm hoping it will somehow stimulate collagen in the mid-face, over time. I appreciate your videos!
Interesting mask. I'm not sure about the Vaseline though. I do love your masks. I use the leftover product on my skin for a few days after. You should make a serum with your mask ingredients. I'd buy it!
Oh I love these natural tips Dr. Rajani. I will be experimenting with this on my favorite lab rat…. my husband lol! What a good sport he is lol. I’m loving your firming moisturizer it’s so good! After getting your lip serum and seeing how much I loved that I had to try the face cream. Amazing products! Have a beautiful Sunday!
Thanks for the face mask Dr. Vaseline is our number 1 product here is South Africa 🇿🇦 even better, the original one. It keeps our babies skins perfect. Will definitely try it.
@Gareagopola.. hello homieee!!! 👋🏾 ke rata leina la gago 😊..a re tshaseng Vaseline 😆😂😂people are bashing it so much, it's our number one no matter what.
@@nikkilovesrocks In 1978, I worked at a Nursing Home, and there as a 100 year old woman with body skin that looked like a 30 year old. I asked one of the nurses how that was possible, and she replied, You'd look like that too if you took milk baths your entire life. After I heard that, I have never stopped using milk all over, even in my hair. I'm 65 and people think I'm in my 40's.
Love to have your sheet mask🇨🇦. I would either make my own Vaseline with bees wax and olive oil. Or replace it with shea butter etc. but I do like the recipe. I really like milk and egg masks. 🙏🏻😊❤️
I have many patients that love it and others that do like like petrolatum. I use a lot of aquaphor in clinical practice especially after deeper laser treatments. It can be like a miracle for healing. We still use it as the preferred after facelifts. So that tells you something.
The brush you can clean first with natural soup and water then soak it inside cup with ACV mix with water over night Also soak the toothbrush in baking soda with ACV
Well I just learned something today. I have never heard the term slugging before pertaining to facial care. The only slugging I've ever heard was getting whacked by someone.
Thank you Doctor for this very useful DIY video! Would you please share your opinion or knowledge on “mineral oil”? Is it a drying agent…it is in a lot of creams.
What's your honest opinion on tera hertz frequency wands? Are they safe for anti-aging? Or do they cause more bad radiation? I can only find information of companies selling the wands no research or FDA Approval. Thank you for your great videos. I'm a fan.
My understanding in order to absorb nutrients from food products requires some enzymes to break down to get absorbed..how egg an honey will help our skin?
I use a product that I got that says it has no Vaseline in it, BUT it has the consistency of Vaseline and it's CASTOR SEED OIL that they use for baby's bottom,so I'm going to try it with that, because it's supposed to be better for your skin.
I have a friend who drove a seattle metro bus. At 70 she has a perfect completion. I asked how she did it ,she told me "she used Vasiline to protect her face from the Ray's of the sun ,I thought what??? Wish I had known!🙄
That just means put the ingredients in a pot or glass jar ( I use old pickle jars) then take a pot with water and put the smaller pot or jar in the ( water pot) and heat it so no direct heat on product...hope that helps...
Just a second before you said it, I thought “Or you can just use Dr. Rajani’s incredible Korean skin mask”, lol. I think I will stick with YOUR mask! Cheers!
Try both. See which you prefer. Many do not have time for diy but many love to mix and play. I prefer pre made masks for ease of use as well. Enjoy and thank you for watching
I suffer from milia, really limits everything I put on my face. oils, Vaseline would be a disaster. I am always on the look out for a moisturizer that won't cause milia, impossible.
I don’t like the idea of the Vaseline I don’t think Vaseline is good for the skin. Could we just not use the Vaseline like you said and at the end you said to use the Vaseline but could we substitute it maybe with coconut oil or or olive oil?
