This has a creepy and uncanny tone to it and i love it. Almost like AC2 with an AC1 tone to it.

The newer Assassin's Creed series lacks horror vibes that the original 2 games had. This is why the Old Assassin's Creed games are still superior.

Ac1 and ac2 had this tone and little bit in brotherhood and it was out when revelations came out and justified as well i think, the tone of revelations suit ezio age at that game, later they left it all but we will see what will they do with hexe.

I like this version. This shows that the game was originally going to be longer. And Ezio defeated Rodrigo Borgia and finding the vault take place in 1503 instead of 1499. Making his revenge quest almost 30 years. In the final scene this shows that stopping the Sun disaster was going to be different than what Assassin's Creed 3 showed. Desmond was destined to prepared humanity for the upcoming disaster and his stop to it was going to be different meaning they never planned to kill him off. And he was originally going to be a ultimate assassin leading the modern assassins to victory against the Templars. Without Desmond, the modern storylines no longer has meaning.

Yeah, they completely trivialized the story of AC. The point was to explore genetic memories in order to save the world and give the Assassins an upper hand. The Isu stuff is just completely pointless.
@gabrielandjavierpinales3689
@gabrielandjavierpinales3689 8 месяцев назад
@@dogestranding5047 I know. Assassin's Creed was always about having the 21st century have a approached knowledge from the past from their lineage. The franchise is about revisiting the memories of our ancestors in order to better understand and affect the present. But ever since Desmond's death, all of that was changed in ac4 to now, they have the Animus uses people DNA to put in the Animus and look in the individual's memories and their ancestors. That's not how it actually works. With proof of this. Clay back when we know him as subject 16 was unstable by being in the Animus long took his own life and there was never a mention that they use his body for strategic values because that's not how using DNA to look into the past works. You need to find the descendants of the most important people whose actions change and improve the world. Not going in their graves for their DNA.

It could been used for the level you play during the end credit Since ac was supposed to be a trilogy, maybe it was our goodbye Ezio, before thinking to make more Ezio. Back in 2009, I've thought it was a bit weird having Ezio got a huge reveletion and then was supposed to live with the dread of having the world be destroyed and he could do nothing to stop it Thank you Sliver2
@newhybrid101

Why would he live in dread? It wouldn't happen in his lifetime. I always thought the lines said in the beginning were an exchange between Ezio and Rodrigo, Rodrigo kills himself in the book since he failed to open the vault. Very interesting interpretation of events. It would also explain how Rodrigo turns up dead. It’s not like he suddenly dies off screen. This can be backed up somewhat because the novel also goes through the Cristina memories which never appears till brotherhood but remains cut from the game with content present inside the game files. condensed everything to one reply to make this easier to read lol, but that's my take EDIT: As a commentor pointed out in one of the dev diaries for the game, Corey May (AC2 scriptwriter) indeed says that the game starts at 1476 and ends at 1503... which correlates with the book as the game ends at 1499. Fascinating to think that the book is an early version of the game to some extent. Adds up with everything in the comment too

The game ending was supposed to take place in 1503 and Rodrigo was going to off himself by drinking poison, it was so far into development that the novel actually has this original ending, when they decided to make Brotherhood they quickly changed it but the novel writer couldn't change in time. This made Brotherhood's novel have a weird recon and take place fully in 1503 instead of 1499-1503

Fantastic work on covering the cut content of these games with forms of visual representation. Brotherhood being the true expansion of AC2 (if development wasn't rushed) would've made sense instead of sequences already part of the main game being rushed and delivered as DLC later on. The perfect explaination for why we had to go through SO much of Ezio's life should have been that in that moment Ezio suffered extreme induced amnesia after entering the vault. So upon revisiting, the memory was more corrupted than anything they'd ever seen. Because it had been deliberately deleted from Ezio's living memory. So we HAD to live his whole life, because that's what it took to synchronise the memory to a playable state.

I belive this is more like in the books. At the beginning of Brotherhood, Ezio actually comes out of the cript, he sees Eodrigo on the ground. Then he leaves. If I remember corectly, he then comes back to get the pieces of Eden but Rodrigo was no more.

Can anyone talk about the dialogue of the gods and the people that came before? This is seen in a lot (if not all) major cultures in the world. A depiction of an ancient race with extraordinary technologies that once governed, but their time came to pass (for yet unknown reasons), and now the truth that has been dealt upon us is but a mere mirage of the true grand scheme of things. If this does not interest you, then I don’t know if you played the games properly, since to me it always seemed fascinating.

I can't deny the quality of piecing together these scraps left in the game files, but it is undeniably a bit rough around the edges. The voice acting especially reminds me a lot of voice acting from a Slav-Jank game - a bit flat, straightforward and little in the way of expressions.
