Removing a corroded aluminium seatpost from a steel bike frame 

The aluminium seat post had corroded inside the steel frame of this fixie bicycle. When I tried to grab it in the vice and twist the frame off it just sheared down inside the tube. So I cut a slit with a hacsaw and padsaw and then folded the metal inside until it became loose and fell down the tube. Then I cleaned out the frame with a wire brush and subsequently a file and eventually I was able to get a grip on it and pull it out.
No, penetrating oil did not work, I tried that first, WD40.
