Removing a Toyota Hilux tub or rear body 

I see that all the factory gig holes in the 2 main. rails are closed off with plastic grommets on my hilux , was that done by uk dealers or in the factory ...........I see on most they are left open ...?

Jon, why did you remove some thread from the new tub mounting bolts? Does it just make them easier to locate during reassembly?

didnt notice the 6 main bolts being taken off here ??? were they a pain ?? otherwise an interesting vid

Hi John. When you drilled out the rivets did the plastic filler cover come off ok over the steel filler pipe neck? Regards Chris

Hi, around 4:01 - the pipe looking part looks corroded and rusted. Is that a major issue? Looks similar to my hilux just wondering if it’s a serious issue
