The purpose is to reconnect a loose cable to the lights in the bumper. At the first I thought the bulb was broken, but then i realized the cable wasn't connected to the socket.
The cable was stuck between the bumper and the frame so I had to remove the bumper to be able to get the cable out and reconnect it.
