you can do emdr for that. There's also the body testing technique. And you can put one of your hands on your front of your head above your eyes, and the other on the back of the head ( it soothes the parasympathic system. You can listen to trauma healing frequencies (altona 777 and drvirtual7 have good ones) and you're free to root yourself and listen to stuff to activate, balance, harmonise your root chakra.
