Removing thread from the hook 

Thank you so much. I had a jammed machine, tried fixing it the normal way but one of the screws was washed which made it impossible. But this did the trick

So I just got an 8700. It seems but when I remove fabric it's tight and there's 3 threads coming out of below in the hook. Somehow the needle thread is looping and staying down there. So when I finish sewing a stitch I have the needle thread on top and 3 threads coming out of the bottom.

i can't for the life of me get this screw out. it's in really tight! Even my drill can't budge it

I broke a needle on my industrial and since then the hook will not rotate at all. The whole thing is jammed. It's very possible that it's thread, although I don't see any stuck anywhere. I tried to do this but the hook will not budge. I live in a place with no industrial repair. Can you suggest anything I can try?
