After winterizing my pool I failed to monitor the water level over the winter and with melting snow and spring rains, the water level was well above my return jets allowing water to get behind my vinyl liner. This caused a “floating liner” or bulging liner but luckily didn’t damage anything.
Using a Drummond 3/4 HP water transfer pump, I was able to remove the water from behind the liner and remove a few wrinkles that happened on the floor of the pool as well. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Hope this helps someone!
Note: you could use a smaller pump if you’d like this is just what was available at the store I went to.
