You can like him all you want, but comparing him to Remy -- who is doing amazing, meaningful parodies that actually have a message. Give me a great. Weird Al is 100% a hack. Doesn't mean you can't enjoy something he does or he can't be "fun", but that doesn't make him not a hack.

I have only one regret: I can never again see this the first time... this was pure gold, and it was even funnier because I wasn't expecting this to be what it ended up being a parody of. The origins of Halloween are Gaelic. It was a ritual called Samhain, which celebrated the end of the harvesting season and the beginning of the winter season. The people sacrificed sheep and livestock, wearing their skins and masks. This, along with carving scary faces into vegetation were to scare away ghouls and goblins from playing tricks onto them or their homes. Others would leave food out for the supernatural creatures. Just some Halloween knowledge. Remember: knowledge is power.

As a massive fan of Thriller, I loved the parody. And as always, the writing and Remy's performance was top notch! Accurate to the source, as well as what's being parodied.
