Ren has you covered as far as a performance is concerned. This was recorded live. He is wearing a collar mic and the guitar is plugged in. This was the 4th take at doing it in one. He is also a street performer/busker and it’s a natural thing you either can or can’t do. Talent oozes out of every pore.

He's easily the best artist of this year with this song. Currently he's in Canada undergoing treatment for his health issues, as per his Facebook. Not a usual listener of this type of music but this is phenomenal.

Just be aware, Tauri. I’m also into symphonic metal with Nightwish as my absolute favorite. But the last weeks I have been stuck with Ren. I have watched all I’ve found on him and he is a really talanted singer, musician and rapper. But most of all a great performer and a brilliant poet. I really like him.

Ren has been trying hard to respond to everyone that has reacted to this (which is cool in itself), but it has been so viral that he has trouble keeping up. He is now undergoing treatment in Canada and will be there for a bit. He wants to be known for his music, not his past, but both are really the story in this song. I have been captivated by this song over the past couple of weeks. It's not Metal as a style, but I think its metal (meaning hard core badass and dealing with difficult themes of internal pain and struggle).

I've watched a LOT of reaction vids to his songs (that word doesn't do justice to what he does)and your reaction is universal.I too am a metalhead,never liked rap or the like but this and some of his other songs hit me hard.dive in to Ren's world but take a big breath because it's deep!

Ren's an absolute beast on stage. He's originally coming from street performance, so playing to a crowd would come with the territory. He's also part of a pretty terrific band called The Big Push, You can find some of their live performances online and they are worth every minute of your time. This fella does not miss.

Rain watching this video for about maybe a few months I don’t know I don’t know it came up on my feet I think but it first came out months ago and I loved it and I shared it with everybody I knew and this is after weeks of watching reaction videos because it’s really interesting to see everybody’s different reactions, this is the best reaction so far not the other ones part of amusing or heartfelt Lady hitting the nail on the head. You got it right and I have watched probably over 100 reaction videos just because I enjoy this song but I couldn’t just keep listening to the song so I figured why not get some feedback from a vocalist from a videographer from a musician or from across the guitarist and etc. etc. you get my point so I was like you know I really like this song let me go and get some expertise so to speak And this lady just nailed it.

One month too late but I still hope you are able to read my comment: At first I was curious about all the hype around him here on RU-vid. Then, I was mesmerized by the way he started playing the guitar with such intensity. But once he actually started speaking it was just... Wow... It left me speechless, from the beginning to the very end, and I'm still trying to process what I listened to. As someone who deals with mental issues and has a sort of split personality syndrome, I think this is a HUGE message to those who may not understand us, who deal with our inner demons every day. The way the two "Rens" went back and forth, is exactly how, sometimes, both of my personalities "go at each other" inside my head, this perfect chaos is just.. crazy amazing.

my connection to this song is only the similarity of struggle,, i'm undiagnosed autistic and have struggled with being a bit weird my whole life i had to start my own business because i had problems holding a job with sleep disorders and high ethics.. but managed to stay in business the last 40 years without needing to advertise or even carry a card, i run a lawn and tree service and do all phases of construction and kind of an inventor on the side after six years of development i figured out a disaster response product that could help millions worldwide .. then my insurance agent forgot to post a payment back in 2020 and the state took everything i worked the last 40 years for away .. stuck at home like a prisoner i came online and saw people helping others so i started making videos explaining hat i was. trying to do to get help and found out if the platform your uploading to doesn't promote you your just talking to your phone, and then i see stuff like this and get jealous because i will never write a song that gets peoples attn like this. so my chances are fading. and it's scary as hell to think of all that could be, but it may all be lost because one person forgot to hit enter on there keyboard..

Ren contracted Lyme diseases as a Teen. He went to the UK doctors complaining of severe pain in his entire body. They didn't catch the Lyme, and instead diagnosed him with Psychosis (they said it was all in his head). Instead of treating him for the Lyme, they gave him psycho-active/tropic drugs (which can come with horrible side-effects). He is now getting treatment for his Lyme and trying to repair his body (he actually did suffer "brain damage" from the Lyme). Ren has a GoFundMe account to help pay medical bills.....The pig is a butcher, Ren's take on many doctors......the discordant guitar and vocals represent his internal chaos, as do the blinking lights.......

Lifting weights and going for a bike ride helps me a lot clears your head, I'm about to start again when weather gets better.
