This one is so much fun!! It’s not easy to rap over an EDM beat, but he likes to challenge himself. But I also love that he had so much fun putting this video together! So creative

I truly believe every connection you can make with Ren’s lyrics does exist within the songs… and then add about 3 more for each one

Whoever they are that say REN is “bad”, (I assume they mean lacking talent) are obviously either lacking taste & musical knowledge or sad & angry little humans who strive to be as talented but fail, or they’re both! His talent shines out like a lighthouse beam on a dark night. Those people might strive for such gifts, but with uptight, jealous, angry little minds as they obviously have, they’ll never gain the love & respect that REN has. He has friends that help him achieve his dreams, with little or no thought of what they get out of it, they do it all for him, ‘cos they care. And only a genuinely kind, charismatic & big hearted person has friends like that. REN is gifted young man & such gifts deserve all the rewards the “entertainment industry” can provide! You're right, Ren is so good it's insane. Between KnoxHill breaking down the bars, and Anthony Ray catching so many cultural references that go over so many heads, no Ren song is completely reacted to until both of you have reacted to it. Even then, I know there's a lot we're still missing.

Ren has supplanted all of my favorite artists. He is truly something special. NF is a very close second. They are just so unique.

I am glad you appreciated this one. The beat is so out of my style and for some of the people it is a deal breaker when they react but somehow this song grew on me with time; it is kind of brilliant to listen though. So many easter eggs hidden. I absolutely love the last part. Saying repetition and repeating the same word thrice. And "chopping" part theb going into a mini chopping flow.

I noticed you haven't reviewed Money game 1 & 2, I would recommend giving that a try, Money game 3 is on its way shortly.!!

I love this and have lost count how many times I have listened to it and I had to laugh when you said about having the confidence to stand on the underground and perform like that because for me personally I would rather throw myself on the tracks!! Also im presuming the filming when you mentioned Genesis was done on the Seafront at Brighton.

Its such a fun track with loads of favourite parts? and a visual feast. Yep, it's Brighton seafront where he also filmed Genesis. As to his cajones for filming /performing in public like that on the underground platform, that confidence will have been honed over so many years busking on the streets, often without even the back-up bravado of having your mates around filming you etc

Fischer is an Australian EDM MC /DJ - Losing It is his EDM track that only has the occasional “ I’m Losing It “ for Lyrics. REN’s version he added lyrics over the original. Ren calls it a retake when he uses someone’s music with his lyrics- Losing it Fischer Retake and Bittersweet Symphony (The Verve) Retake. Live both.

The rhythm the rebel is the opening words to Rebel without a Pause by Public Enemy. U r the first person to catch that. I caught it first time i heard this but I’m also 49yrs old. So I listened to that song a lot growing up. Great catch

I love that song I remember before I lost my mom of which had limited hearing , I remember she really loved the rhythmic beat to that song when it came over the radio.
