There is an ancient rhyming patttern in Welsh language literature called cynghanedd. All Welsh schools teach it. Until now I'd thought its complex internal/external rhyming/vowel/consonant harmonies could not work in English. Yet, Ren (a Welsh speaking Welshman - "Cymro Cymraeg") has managed to utilise cynghanedd in his English art. Can't wait to hear the Welsh lyrics he's promised in his next album. If you think his schemes in English are great, I promise youll be blown away by cynghanedd in Welsh.

@HollyLouise19992 Yep. Doesn't matter what genre it is, I generally end up loving most of Ren's tracks. The few that I don't love, I still enjoy elements of. It's possible he may have encoded subliminal messaging into his songs to make everyone love them, of course. 😆

This is my favorite Ren song! This song is EPIC!! This song just hit me hard and I feel everything he's saying in this one. I said the same thing as you, this song spoke to my soul! I couldn't pick a favorite song before this one. I felt it depended on my mood in that moment which one I would say was my favorite. This song is the one! It is absolutely my favorite! 💜💜💜

You need to react to "Dear God.", im not sure if they were wrote at the same time but it is Ren seeking answers for his life whereas this one feels like he rejected faith for not providing answers and instead turned his frustration, confusion and rage on the living. I believe that this song will be considered another of Ren's masterpieces once people are able to listen to the lyrics and feel the music. This song is Powerful, to say the least. I'm amazed at my own reactions after my fifth or sixth time hearing it. The first time, I cried uncontrollably and missed many words. Once again, Ren has accessed and shown his bright light on the hopeless misery of unending pain and the rage it engenders. This song is engaging, brilliant, and wholly therapeutic. I love it. I am a music lover, loving almost all genres. A track with multiple kinds is just heavenly! My play list is only Ren atm and almost all my musical needs are being met! The only thing I am craving for now is some heartwrenching country and some power metal? 😂 Everything else he is covering! Seeing you enjoying this track and understanding it is really nice to watch! In his 1 million-subscriber thank you speech, (I may be paraphrasing slightly) Ren advised those “feeling hate against their fellow man”, to feel that hate/pain, express it, then let it go and find new peace. Seems like he is taking his own advice in Masochist and Lost All Faith. He wrote them during his darkest times, then took that pain, disillusion, desperation, depression and frustration and expressed it in songs about killing the whole world and losing his faith with everything. He created art. I’m in awe.🤯

REN is a genius. He always sparks something in ones heart, mind and soul. His music/art is relatable to times when I feel up and down. This line in his rap/song gives me hope 'I will lift up my eyes to the hills...a verse in psalm 121 that I know. A fav. in my top 5...Peace the 🔥☝️🤓

A new favourite renaction for a new favourite track. That chorus hook is an Anthem! Can visualise something like it being used for the next Bond movie or a major Netflix drama series (His hopefully!🍿). Losing my mom to suicide at 15 was a major life change completely turned my world all around. The words he wrote I can relate to each and every one even not getting there in time but at least we had a proper funeral though this is something never laid fully together rest in that the memory remains. One is "Hunger" Where he jumps into the T words at the end then has beatboxing in the background with a t sound. Same with "Losing It" when he is sitting on top of the roof with the fish eyed lens near the beginning of the song. His words match the beat sound in the background. Making it sound like it is ever faster than it already is...
