These are awesome. You should check out "how to be Me" live with Chinchilla. That one hurts a little, or maybe it's just me. Also, "children of the moon" is one of my favorites. It's an older one, basically about the nighttime people you see when you're an insomniac but in an old horror movie type... it's perfect for Halloween. Losing it is another fun one! Thank you 🙏 I've been directly effected by a mental injury 🤕 after my wife nearly died giving birth to our Son 14 years ago... She was never the same since. It's an illness that is never understood. Unfortunately for my wife, it was never fully treated. She takes these meds. She feels empty. She fills the outline with alcohol and painkillers. She is only the chalk outline of the wife I married. And today she moved out. Because I asked her to... Her illness spills out of her, like the wine she holds in her wobbly glass. It's been infecting me. But I have a fitness for handling the brain strain, thanks to people like you, who teach and coach and share lessons for overcoming the unseen obstacles of our mental challenges. It's a fitness my teenage children don't have. As her health gets worse, my kids are feeling the weight of it. It's become crushing. After years and years and years of attempting to help, support and heal my wife's broken mind, I've now had to make the most difficult and painful decision in my already tortured life. I kicked her out to protect my kids. And I'm a chalk outline of myself at the moment. I think I was your 113th subscriber, and I've come back here today, after a bit of a stumble and fall, and you have succeeded in picking me up. You always have, since the first time I saw you. And I'm so happy to see how much your channel has bloomed 🌹 its so lovely! I'm so very happy for you. Thank you Rose. One thorn at a time, I'm growing.

Thnx for a nice reaction! You should also check out ‘How to be me’ which is also a fantastic duet by REN and Chinchilla! I’m a bit surprised that Americans in general have a hard time understanding the British accent. I’m from Sweden and I have no problems what so ever to understand both American and British English. Agree though that some British dialects may be challenging but the way Ren speaks and sings is very understandable…

I honestly didn't like Chinchilla's part in this song the first 10 or so times I listened to it but she grew on me. The lyrics "It's such a perfect day, take it just in case" hit like a ton of bricks. I deal with severe muscle spasms and migraines and it's hard to believe when a "good" day actually comes along.
