I think the Three hitmons are fairly well balanced. With I think generally Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan being the better two then hitmontop behind them. But out of all of them Hitmonchan is probably the easiest to get since Tyrogue's punch specials are better than the kick ones. But also the evolutions probably have to be a little decent in general because you're almost always guaranteed to lose the first round with how frail Tyrogue is.
