The Renaissance Hotel bit.ly/Renaiss... is famed for its runway views and rightly so. I booked a 3rd floor Executive Queen with Runway Views and I had the best seats in the house.
The 2nd best views in the house are in the Executive lounge and I had a wonderful evening there !

A strange question. Do the windows open at all ? Even if they slide open only a couple of inches.

The reason I asked was that, I have my own virtual radar set up ( an old Kinetics Avionics SBS-1) and wanted to stick my small receiving aerial to the outside of the window by means of a rubber sucker, in case the glass itself blocked the receiving signal by being coated in some sort of reflective material. when being made, if I put the aerial inside the room.
