On the way I stay at many hotels, from Budget, Mid range to Luxury in 5 Star Hotel Suite. You guessed it I chase loyalty points and rewards with hotels too. I have also been known to wander around the odd museum, gallery or just the streets of where I am visiting and very occasionally you will find me all at Sea on a ferry or a boat. It is also not unheard of for me to go off, on the rails and that usually happens on a train.

I think it is one of London's Hidden gems. It has the feel of exclusivity with the Georgian frontage and the private garden. But yet Mercure money !!! Glad you enjoyed.

How wonderful of you to say. I did go over to your channel to possibly learn from your content to see how I could improve. But like a typical sad, pathetic, waste of space loser TROLL you haven't ever posted anything. All I can say is whatever has you at such a low place improves, and your life gets better. Hi Elle, This was from Nice to Marselle ( reverse for the other direction ) I was sat on the right hand side of the train as i boarded it facing backwards. Obviously if you have a forward facing seat you want to be on the left hand side of the train. On the seat booking guide. From the front of the train the left hand side of the train has Ocean right hand side the country side
I am sure you will enjoy. Runway bar opens at 3pm so morning get over to Myrtle. Install the app. Use it to check in and you can pick your room from floor plans to get the best runway views.
@@SomeBlokeWhoTravelsALot Thanks, didn't know that. I'm arriving at about 4 pm. So will have plenty of time to have fun. The Runway Bar is a bucket list thing. On this trip will be adding two items to my aviation wow collection, Gibraltar airport and the RB :)
Thats a shame. I found it to be clean the whole hotel and if you look at my room in the video it was spotless. I do think its a good hotel, great location for shops and bars and ofcourse the beach.
This was the Premier room. Which would I pick, such a difficult question. They really are quite different. Hard days Night is Beatles through and through. Everything is Beatles and it has some great art and memorabilia. This Ibis is more a Beatles themed or flavoured. Both are minutes from Mathew Street and the Cavern Club and similar distance to the waterfront. I guess it really comes down to budget. But I would happilly stay in both again.
Adelphi has been destroyed by Britannia Hotels. Such History and could truly be an Iconic hotel. But they have their business model. But the Municipal is truly wonderful inside. the Palm Court is such a cool place
Done this a few times on the Iberia A340, A330 and A350 since 2017! Its a brilliant route and I'm a little annoyed BA hasn't returned with the Boeing 777 or similar on their end. But its a nice trip to make regardless. If you want to make it easier to find, the best one for the Iberia A350 (or A330) is the Iberia IB3166 (MAD-LHR) or IB3167 (LHR-MAD), some mid morning ones can be the A330 (or A350) but they do change more often. Does joining Privilege club and getting the bonus apply to BA executive club or only Qatars club? Love the videos great information and humour. Is that the standard aircraft for that leg? Looking to do Man-LHR-SOF-DOHA-ABU-COL-JAK-KL and return to get Gold status. Keep up the good work!!!
From the bus station , just follow the signs for Terminal 2, then you will start to see signs for Ibis Budget. About 10 mins walk. Nearly all undercover inside the airport.
Is this hotel located on airport grounds or away from the airport? Do I take the train to the Schiphol airport and then leave the airport to get to the hotel?
Hi, the airport is so big. It is on the grounds walking distance to a runway. From the Station?main Airport terminal follow the exit sign to buses and just jump on the ibis shuttle Free bus ( I show this in the video near the end )
Great video. Thanks for the information. My wife and I will be in Hua Hin next month ( August 2024), and I'm trying to find a nice place to stay for 8 days that won't break the budget. I've narrowed it down to Movenpick, the Intercontinental, and thr Amari Hotel, which is actually the least expensive of them all. Have you ever stayed at the Intercontinental or the Amari before? If so, what are your thoughts?
Sorry I was a little late in replying. I have stayed at the Ibis, Hilton and Movenpick in the centre and on the outskirts the So Sofitel and Novotel. there are video reviews of all of them on the channel
