Renault is UTTER garbage, and I'm from America where we now make garbage vehicles too, so I know crap when I see it. In the early 1980's, my introduction to Renault in the states was the Renault Alliance, which proudly had a decal in the rear window that stated "The One To Watch". Well, we watched it fail and go away within a few years. I'm truly surprised the fine people of Europe want any association at all with Renault because their reliability record is so aweful. I will admit they do well in auto racing, but that's where the line is drawn. And I want to make something crystal clear... it's NOT the employees fault. It's purley poor design and poor process of which I speak. In other words, it's the company heads which keep low standards. What they have done to Nissan is a perfect example... lowering their reliability to the point where every repair person on RU-vid talks about Nissan's worsening reliability over the years and Jatco transmissions being the biggest problem with Nissan. And what's worse is Renault NOT addressing this publically with the hopes it just goes away. Sure, American cars are worse than embarrassing these days too, but if our country ever gets it's collective sxxt together, it's possible we will have competition again amongst car manufacturers, thus, making decent cars again. I'm affraid there is NO hope if companies like Fiat and Renault are involved with them though. What concerns me these days is the Toyota/Mazda merger. So far Toyota hasn't seem to slip, but in my opinion. "They're The One To Watch"!!!
Thanks for Your comment ..Totally agree with You. Bunch of criminals So called "engineers" deliberately design parts to fail within the warranty time span .. Chemical engineers and metallurgists are busy with designing formulas of materials that due to fail at a.m. time!
I just bought a 2021 Mazda 3 last year. The car has been mechanically sound so far, and supposedly the engine and transmission are reliable. But, man, I hope Toyota has a positive influence on Mazda with regards to car interiors, because the interior in my Mazda is shoddy. The interior looks nice, and has received many positive auto reviews, but after just 6,000 miles my dashboard and B-pillars creak, rattle, and groan as if my car had 100,000 miles on it. It simply is not put together very well and the materials are cheap and scratch very easily (even though they look nice). The exterior paint is pretty thin too. By the way, the Renault Alliance was Motor Trend's 1983 Import Car of the Year. Motor Trend eventually regretted that decision within a few years, as the Alliance showed itself to be unreliable crap.
.Cette chaîne de production est très élastique...J'aime le domaine pour sa meilleure adaptation et sa solvabilité...WAW...TRÈS BON..... : ::🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗🔖::;;;
Les temps ont bien changé depuis l`époque où la force brute était utilisée pour manipuler les objets .Aujourd`hui tout est automatisé.Du Québec , Canada.
Fajnie, tylko dlaczego francuskie samochodu są tak nie przemyślane? Przykład, w Fabii obydwie żarówki przednich świateł wymieniam w 5 minut a u swojej połówki w Renault Clio 1.5fCi zajmuje mi to 2h!
@@FoookOff That's the same with any diesel. Seen snapped / stuck injectors on many cars and vans. My Transits were the biggest piles of junk I've ever owned. I'm very fussy with my vehicles and they are serviced and maintained regardless of cost. They are my vehicles not some old rental no one cares about, so I maintain them properly with genuine parts and quality fluids. My Transits were still junk. My Dispatch and Trafic have both been amazingly reliable.
The man inside the van sitting on a wooden box moving into position; why not fit him with wide roller wheels that span 4 floor ribs so he can move without effort: save effort and time. At that point where the Renault 16 and 5 were in the US I chose the 304 and later 405; end of story.
The current Megane is made in Spain at the Palencia plant (The Megane Sedan is built in Turkey at the Bursa plant). The current Clio is made in Slovenia at the Novo Mesto plant and in Turkey.
@@TheWheelNetwork I have a 2018 Renault Talisman Initiale Paris Grandtour made in France at Douai, not very happy with the quality of it and have had a few problems. This is a €45,000 car. The last fault with the turbo found during a service, took over a week to resolve due to difficulty obtaining the part....and I live in France not far from where the Talisman was made. Perhaps it is quality issues why so many Renault models, except vans, are not made in France?
@@victorgrasscourt3382 i have a megane (Spain) and I can say it is a disaster, so many mistakes and faults, which new car shouldn't have and they are solving reclamation like its all normal that stuff does work as we have payed for.
Although there's some robotics this factory looks old school. Renault have bad reputation, I had Renault A5 as college student and I had to repair the front end chasis to make posible to align the front wheels again. buy Renault only if you run out of options
Renault is a major carmaker and would have stopped existing a long time ago fhey didn't make good cars. The Renault Alliance Group makes between 5 and 9 millions cars a year.
This is my experience with Renault A5, and I forgot to mention there were several A5's in this shop with exactly the same defect waiting repaired in the same way than mine, we have to recognize nothing is perfect this includes big factory's making big mistakes as VW (diesel scandal) or Toyota (break pedals). Don't take it personally 🙂
