Renault Trafic 2016 Van - Dashboard Slope / Table

this is video two of my DIY Renault Trafic 2016 van Dashboard Slope / Table that I made

with having a newer vehicle and one that aesthetically is clean and free from additional non-standard holes or switches in the dash I wanted somewhere to mount my radio and also needed to maintain the storage space under my Slope table.
I made this as I was inspired by the dash tables that are found in many trucks as drivers wanted somewhere to place a cup of coffee or laptop when on a break.
mine is made from 18mm marine ply that's been cut with the rear height at 5 inches and the upper most edge of the dash being 3 inches to create a level surface.
it's been painted with grey primmer and top coated in two pack dark grey
trimmed with black felt to try and match the existing dashboard colours
