In Germany we have an Update created. We Change the Cells to a CATL Block. So we have around 10kwh. The Process will be optimised this Year. Until now around 8 Twizys already Drive with 10kw. (3 more we're Updated this Month) And for under 3000€, its an great Update for all "old" Batteries.
@@electrikmirk7828 You could use the original BMS. Than you only need to restart, after the 6kwh are Off to get the other 4kwh. But i used the edriver BMS. So i have the 10kwh all the time available
Hi. Great video. Could you tell me the dimensions of the internal volume of the battery container of the Twizy. I got the possibility to have at a nice price LG blocks 7S3P coming from the new factory in Poland. The blocs are 10x19x57 cm3. If I could arrange 2 blocs in serie inside the box and reshuffle the BMS and extra electronics, I could make a 11 kWh battery which seems to be compatible in terms of voltage and chemistery. It would of course need a recabling to the connectors but this does not seem too complicated. Thanks for your answer.
Without removing the battery, is there any (reasonably) accessible place to measure the voltage of the Twizy main battery? I'm looking for a couple of contact points to measure the actual voltage with a test-meter, rather than 'digitally' via the ODB port. Thank you.

Depends on the miles, ambients, driving style, storage, charging conditions....I can give you some examples: battery 2012-12000 km SoH 99%.... battery 2012- 63000km 68% SoH.....

Volevo sapere dove ti trovi? In che parte di Italia, sei un grande e l'unico che capisce queste macchine
@@electrikmirk7828 I have a Twizy from Korea and I want to change the battery to lto and I need to know the sizes of each module or 7 modules whole size. I use Twizy in minus degree and i thing it started to degrade. Now when I charge it shuts of on 92%, i thing resistance rised because of cells degrading. Drived just 8500km.
@@mederdjorupbekov your battery has a state of health of 100%.... you are talking about state of charge...(soh/soc) the BMS can stop charging giving the order to the charger before reaching 100% because high or low temperature detected by sensors present in every pack...is normal...

@@bangdoel64 there are 2 things that can do that: 1 the charger has a relay inside that when breaks does just that 2 the house electric sistem goes over the edge ....you should try charging the car without using washing machine, ovens or other electric devices that have more than 1000w....
