Before I start my carnivore diet I want to make sure I have some good beef tallow to cook in. When I purchased my cow, the farmer gave me 3 bags of beef fat so you know this is some quality fat to be renedered down.
It took a bit longer than I expected but I must say this beef tallow came out just the way it should without any smell or bad taste to it.
