Women shouldn’t have to be reacting a certain way and then you create a label for them based off if we don’t. She’s probably used to this, but that doesn’t make her “unhinged”. I think it’s boring and objectifying that women still are being invited to read thirst tweets like they can’t see the stuff below their own content every day, a lot of which is even crasser. Sure men, are invited too but the comments are often them being asked to do something to a person’s body in a patriarchal society anyway(and they make this series)....but why do we make a a show of sexualizing people and then if they don’t act incredulous, they’re “unhinged”. No, she’s just a woman and men probably say more disturbing crap to her daily. I mean Haley Williams still has trauma from men trying to get her to lift her skirt as a teen. It’s called girlhood so at her age, that’s just normal to see rather it’s flattering or unfortunate but a man using her for likes by calling her some buzzword about the reaction because he can’t relate, is not it

Well she’s on camera and this is for fan exposure. Stop over reading into it. Also, this idea that every kink is valid and above question is a modern myth. They’re not. Mostly because any form of abuse or degradation can be called a kink and if we don’t draw lines/question, then vulnerable people get hurt. Quite literally someone’s “kink” involved cannibalism and it led to the death of a mental ill person who was not able to ever consent, but was further drugged during the encounter to make them unable to have even a small notion of the seriousness of their situation as they were bleeding and being cut in some odd form of sexual play before their complete slaying. I just encountered a woman whose husband’s “kink” ended up being beating her ass without consent but now she’s a “submissive” so it’s “okay” aka he psychologically broke her down. Sadists admit being drawn to kink play and having no actual care for their partners(which breaks the rules of bdsm to my understanding because it inherently needs care to make sure the submissive never actually loses their control or has boundaries broken even if the feeling is being portrayed as so), but only following rules of consent enough in club situations to prevent legal trouble and be given a socially accepted outlet to cause harm. That isn’t someone I think is capable of not pressuring someone into extreme situations but their kink is sadism if some people get to explain it when really sadists are a type of person unrelated to kink who genuinely have little empathy for others and enjoy causing harm. I question the idea of someone just being allowed to use potentially deadly punishment on humans who likely have a traumatic reason for agreeing to engage in torturous play like caning(a legal punishment in some nations), without either side being suggested for psychiatric evaluation and care. Not forced, but it if were okay to question kinks then people wouldn’t just allow anyone to come in nazi wear(racist antisemitic behavior ) to a seedy club and beat the crap out of someone until they’re disassociating like a rape victim(which is being normalized as a transcendent experience instead of the brain reacting to trauma and extreme pain). Not to go off on you, but I read into a lot of things as someone who studies gender and sexuality: kink as an idea naturally interests me from my feminists point of view to see where/if it can be liberating and where the dangers are for anyone involved. I notice the accept all attitude has left room for oversight of many glaring, yet common issues
