outlawzqc I only just discovered this game today and i feel ashamed i haven't found it earlier, i've been a huge fan of C&C ever since i can remember and really enjoyed renegade

Had it not been for free the developers would be able to advertise more and generally promote the game more

@@MaxTheDog167 Same here. I discovered it 2 days ago. I though that there's only original Renegade and no successor besides one Petroglyph's project, more cartoonish with violet Tiberium with a changed name. I wish more players were playing Renegade X. There's one server with 40+ players , one with two, the rest is empty. I wish there would be a server with 20 players in total, maybe even less. There's so much chaos. Playing 1 vs 2 is too little.

Even the original Renegade was never a big hit (official support for the servers discontinued less than half a year after it was released!), and depending on who you ask in the C&C community they aren't the biggest fans of it either. But I'd rather have a small but thriving community over a massive one that plays the game for about half a year and moves on to the next hip release.

If you mean the weapon at 0:30, it's not a Railgun, but a portable Ion Cannon. I thought it was a Railgun when I first started playing the game, though lol I like how both sides have those ultra powerful yet balanced characters like that, but more so because the main weapons are different while having the same role. Nod has a Railgun of sorts, has two shots before reloading. GDI has the portable Ion Cannon, has only one shot before reloading.

Looks like an average game on Walls when Nod is full of classic Renegade vets and GDI is loaded with newcomers!

Theironsword im sure atleast 100 people wouldnt mind donating 1 dollar each to get it in greenlight. at the least 200 people likely wouldnt mind donating 50cents. and baring that surely 250? people wouldnt mind donating 25cents.

Honestly its not like battlefield. it has different charm. I used to play C&C renegade as a replacement BF1942 since my computers was just poor to run 1942 but it feels really different. This is more arcadey like quake and more focused on small area battle with various buildings which give some adventage for each team.

Yes, I experienced it. You are right, but at first glance it seems like one. With the exceptions of the RTS type of game and the small maps.
