California isnt even close to overpopulated, New Jersey has the highest population density of any state. Most of California is farmland anyways. Its a massive state. LA is much bigger than New York City which means that there arent many skyscrapers and its spread out over a large area rather than being a high density city like NY
I mean, there's a pretty nice tea place in downtown Asheville. An escape room place, good food, and a few shops with some pretty niche random things beyond regular stores. But it's way too expensive for every day visits.
The yellow bird is Spaghetti, I think he said. I guess neither of Jontron's birds are around anymore? I don't think I've seen them in any recent videos.
Peyton mac They're still around, it's just Jon has said that it's too difficult to get them to stand still and quiet long enough to film more than a brief cameo, so he mostly leaves them out nowadays.
I live in california, have lived here since i was born and have only left it for brief weeks or days at a time. I can say from personal experience i don't like it here very much, mostly due to the dumb or otherwise unreasonable laws and such. Its still a great place to be otherwise.
iv a certain admiration for people that travel and explore other contries it seems an experiance that enriches a persons life... and we are all so terrbily in need of positive meaningful experiances in our short lives.
I met someone who has grown up partially in Japan, learned a bit of Tai Chi and some of the language, as well as traveling as an ROTC (like a military officer in training, if I remember correctly) and went to Ireland (Where he met his wife) and a few other places. I'd be nice to get out of living in bland comfort to explore new things. Also like shows such as The Daytripper, Bizzare Food w/ Andrew Zimmern?, etc.
@@riosmax4317 thank you for the reply and sharing that, it takes a drive i wish i had, to travel so far and learn so much as to be able to interact with others from other languages and cultures anyways, best to ya mang.
I'll never understand anarchists thinking the removal of government will make life better.. Remove one source of power and another more corrupt entity will always step up and fill it's place x-x Sure, if you consider a broken down society killing itself over that next pull for power "better" more power to you, but you probably aren't going to make it very far in said life.
As some one who lived in California there's fucken nothin to do unless you got at least 2 grand to burn, and housing is so God Damm expensive you need to make at least 60k a year to at least make ends meet.
Is this how California is actually viewed? I can tell you right now as some one who has lived in Bakersfield all my life I have never thought these things. I’m honestly kinda annoyed his friends think Cali has all the answers.
I was eating McDonalds while watching this and I fucking hate their pickles ! Scratch that I dislike pickles in general, but McDonalds pickles succ hardcore. Thanks for listening, down with pickles.
I've lived in cali my whole life and I personally haven't had to deal with any of that. Lived in Sacramento till I was 22 and I've been in Humboltd county for 9 years now. I mean wildfires and mudslides are a thing, but the odds are pretty much the same as whatever type of disaster happens in your neck of the woods. If cali WAS a super risky place, no one would live here.
oh god, the new starwars pile just showed up next... i feel the dread of whats to come.... fuck it, ill just get it over with then come back and watch this to relax.
I enjoy the videos but the intros are to long if people are skipping to the reaction. They need to decide wether to react to videos or just do a podcast video. Its fine for awhile but 6 to 12 mins to even start the reaction is fuckin rediculous.
