The aftermath from this most recent inland tsunami is eerily similar to areas of Kentucky reamed out by floodwaters of Biblical proportion only a few short years ago. Didn't that storm also pop up out of nowhere and flood to levels not seen before by anyone living in the area at the time? This recent event encompassing 5 states is the result of the only hurricane in US history that wasn't broken apart by coming ashore and weather channels predicted impact to the Asheville, NC, area PRIOR TO THE STORM MAKING LANDFALL.
