I always had a problem with the fact the original of this song was so short (only about 1:26) so that is what influenced me to produce a remixed and extended version of the song, hope you enjoy it. :)
Wrecked the series for me. The CG was terrible and Len Wiseman went to great lengths to not use CG in "Underworld". Patrick Tatopoulos built all the costumes and that is one reason this film was so aesthetically appealing.
When I finally found out where the song came from and the band I bought their debut CD, however, I never followed up still haven't so don't know if BLB ever continued as a band.
Can't believe some of you are still here, I wish I still had this song, my old laptop is out of action, if I get it up and running I'll set you up with a download link. See you all again in 2020 yh
Enfin, la VRAIE défonce !! . Derrière ce chef d'oeuvre d'une rythmique infernale ,d'amplification ,de distorsion , d'énergie émotionnelle dingue ,il n'y a vraiment plus grand'choses qui tient la route.
Danny lohner plays the second guitar that starts at 0:54 where he plays fast, but this song is pretty much written by Wes Borland. It was written for the Damning Well project but Richard Patrick i guess never laid vocals to it (Amy Lee was also supposed to contribute to the 14 songs they had written as the Damning Well, but her record label didn't allow her participation because they wouldn't make money off of it), the final full length version of this song is Coward by Black Light Burns.
No, from Michael's page. " Recalling the summer he spent in Hungary with his grandfather, he chose Budapest as his new home. He took up a residency as an interning trauma surgeon at the Saint Istvan hospital in Budapest. " He was living and working in Hungary. I don't know where the last movie is happening, but the first, second and third are placed in Hungary.
I remember just how crazy I was looking for this song when the movie came out... Took me centuries to find it... but come on, dude, this is no "extended version", it's just the same 1'30'' over and over... ú.u
@Norma Bates I love this song but do you know how the song is included in the outro of Underworld released in 2003 while the album "Cruel Melody" of Black Light Burns was released in 2007 ?
actually you got it backwards. this song was done by wes borland when he left limp bizket, by him self, for the movie. then he formed black light burns, and took coward and formed it into a full song. thats why its on the very first album. i just happen to like the way the short movie version of the song is mixed and sounds better then the actual blb version.
kaliforniakorpse I was under the impression this was written originally by Danny Lohner AKA Renholder. Now I know Lohner is part of Black Light Burns but I don't know if Borland helped write the original or not.
i came here just after watching underworld lol well ive seen underworld a few times but i love this song..thanks to whoever made this :P had to give it a like
Yo...I've been tryin' 2 track down this song "FO-EVER!!!"....it's THE ILLEST track on the entire movie. This beat goes so HARD. Get's u Hype. Thanx 2 the kat who found this....now that i know where 2 find this on RU-vid, i can listen 2 it whenever:0
Still love this tune when I rewatched Underworld (2003). Is this exact version (from the movie, and without vocals) anywhere on RU-vid in its short form (not looped). I want to add it to my RU-vid playlists.
For those of you looking for this song on itunes, amazon, etc...forget it! There are a few versions around but they are not good. If you want (JUST THE AUDIO) for this, cut/paste the URL, then log on to zamzar.com, load the url, then select the format...mp3, ipod, whatever and in a few hours they will mail you your converted file. Yes, its free. PEACE!
For anyone who wants to listen to the full song, search "Coward Black Light Burns" on RU-vid! Black Light Burns is the one who made this song! Such a beast song too! Haha!
@ApErSoN666 I just thought the same thing!! I was 14 the first time I saw the movie XD And In that time I knew nothing about youtube. Thanks a lot for taking the time to doing this. I GOT to send you my mail so you can make me happy and share me your extended song, please!
Right, also if you look back, Viktor was a "Hungarian" warlord who was dying and was then approached by Marcus who turned him immortal in return for his army "turned immortal" to battle the rising epidemic of fresh ravenous werewolves. So yes Hungary is THE location.
