Love this video! I can't tell you how many times I've watched it. I watched it many times two years ago when I was in A&P II. Now that I'm in Nursing School I've watched it many MORE times. Thanks for what you do for those that are visual and kinetic learners. I would not be where I am at today in my goal without you and your videos! Keep up the good work!
Best video on the subject, by far. Easy to understand. Pictures to help visual learners. Really no need to go anywhere else to get to the down and dirty of RAAS. Thank you, Toot!
I just found your videos and I must say they have been a bigggg help! I'm a RN for four years and I find myself learning from these videos. Please make more! You are awesome!
You have been such a great help to me with the cardiac system!! Thank you so much for all that you put up. You make a GREAT teacher!! Blessings to you!!
wow...this was great!!! This has really helped me to lock down this process. I have never really had a good grasp on it until now. I am going to search for more of your videos. Thank you so much for creating such a simple to understand video that doesn't take an hour to get your idea across!
Thank you so much for this! I loved how your explanation wasn't bogged down in terminology and side tangents. I also loved how you went through it all again at the end. My teacher did not explain this very well at all. lol
Hey! I have to say after reading about this in my anatomy textbook i was insanely confused. This was seriously great and we done. Thank you for taking the time to make this - dave
Subscribed after watching this video!! Thank you SOOO much!! You explained this PERFECTLY and I was able to actually retain it!! I will definitely be spending a lot of time on your channel!! Please keep the videos coming!!!
Hey were you talking about me being short and sweet? Hahaha. My nursing pathophysiology professor recommended us, students, to watch your video before our lecture. You do very well in teaching the information! Thank you very much!
Tomorrow i have my anatomy exam. In my book it was so complicated how this system worked but after watching this video i totally understand it now! thank you very much for this!
Just want to say thank you so much for this video, made everything so much more clearer for my revision for my final exam. Got full marks for the question on the RAAS :D
When you wrote ACE I paused it to screams so when you have hypertension they give you ACE inhibitors so your body stops trying to raise the BP. It all came together. Thank you
thanks for simplifying a difficult concept i finally get it!! is there anyway you could do something on adreneric/adrenergic blocking drugs?i get confused because of the fact that certain drugs effect certain receptors (beta1, 2, alpha 1,2) and the effects they systematically cause in the body. i thought id ask you because you explain stuff well im glad i found your channel!!
Thanks, I learned this in class but seeing the pics helped me learn a little better. Do you have a video on RAAS with ACEI's to bring down the blood pressure? If so I would love to see you do one because you explains it so well
Well explained and easy to understand, thank you! Will be watching several more times AND I also automatically subscribed to your channel after watching this video! I always just watch KA, but I like your channel as well. Thanks again! I'm glad I found you! :)
Also, it affects the hypothalamus and the medulla. ANG II causes the hypothalamus to increase levels in vasopressin so more water would be reabsorbed in the blood and also increase cardiovascular response. Both increases blood pressure as well Pls. correct me if I'm wrong, TY
